Server was slow and seemed to be ‘just there’.
We were at a 4 top with 4 customers. Plates should have been cleared off faster. Salad plates especially.
Restaurant was not deep into lunch hour.
There was no joy in her job that concerns ppl and serving.
Food was okay. Presentation was good, salad bar was excellent as was its presentation.

Our waiter, Jed, was fabulous and very accommodating. However you couldn't say the same for the other employees. The salad bar needed to be cleaned and restocked. Salad bar had no plates and asked one of the two young ladies sitting on their phones if they could get some and was told I would have to wait as none were available at the time. The men's restroom was filthy and didn't look like they had been cleaned all day. We usually enjoy Ruby Tuesday's, but will be a while before we return.

Food wasn’t cooked properly and the staff was fighting/having drama. It also smelled like weed in the bathroom. Definitely not worth the $92 spent here for 4 people. I don’t recommend you eat here.

Our server Amanda was an absolute gem! She was super attentive, sweet, and had the best work ethic in the place. Highly recommend this place if you can sit in her section!

If I could give 0 stars right now, I would! I just left this location & there is no hot water in the entire establishment! I stated to staff that the hot water in the restroom wasn't working & was informed that there is no hot water in the entire establishment, right now! How can the dishes be clean, how can employees wash their hands?!. This is disgusting & unsanitary! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Food Service should not be open and operating under such conditions! I am contacting the health department about this, as well! The owner of this establishment seriously needs to be held responsible for the lack of responsibility!

Second time ordering Ruby Tuesdays in the last 6 months. Both times portion sizes were extremely small and the cost was ridiculous. My boyfriend, who will eat anything, and tries to find a positive in every situation, couldn’t find anything nice to say about the Philly cheesesteak. It looked like plastic cheese “melted” on hard bread with very little meat/toppings. His exact comment (in his nicest voice), “well, there’s a lot of bread”. He liked the loaded tots. I ordered a baked potato with butter and sour cream and just got a small plain potato. The Asiago bacon chicken was so tiny that my small baked potato was twice the size of my chicken breast (wrapped in one piece of bacon that was falling off because the one piece of bacon was too big for the chicken). And to add insult to injury, the chicken was dry and hard to eat (not sure where the sauce was)…I had to get a steak knife to cut it. How a “chef” let that plate go out the door is beyond me. Both of us were so hungry after our meal, we had to eat snacks and make dessert. I can’t justify ever going back to Ruby Tuesdays. Disappointing

Waited 15 to 20 minutes for a waiter/waitress to come. She served 2 tables that came in after us and never acknowledged us. Got up and walked out!! Redicoulous!! Place was failing bad for awhile and seemed to be getting better but not anymore!

3 sets of dirty silverware. most of salad bar was empty at 6pm. 5 dirty plates stacked on top of salad bar plates. Server and hostess seemed to be very rushed for so few people on the restaurant. Hostess didn't like that I asked her to refill the bacon bits and few others that were empty at the salad bar. I ordered the Philly and showed up absolutely looking like garbage. Not a good expirence at all.

Our server Amanda was very kind and attentive. The cook Kevious was very considerate to my dietary needs and came and personally checked in which put this experience above all others.
