Tried to really give it a try but took over 10 minutes to get a drink. Over 20 minutes to get an appetizer that was not correct and another 20 minutes to bring out chips. Overall would not go back. The place had maybe less then 10 people In the whole restaurant so it wasn't a busy night.

I hesitated based on the reviews but went through and saw mostly service was the negative and the food to seemed to receive positive feedback. After our visit I can confirm that the food is also terrible. I ordered a kabob skillet, hubby ordered salmon. We both got the salad bar which is very well set up and the only reason we left fulfilled in the slightest. My plate was over salted, tasted like they dipped in the sea before service. My husband's salmon while decent was incredibly small for the price and the sides were also dragged across a salt block. We have visited north Platte on many occasions, unfortunately work treks us through there often. I highly recommend fast food here. Every restaurant leaves something to desire.

Went there to celebrate a birthday. It was very cold at our table. Service was extremely slow, it took forever for our server to come take our order, and he was also very unenthusiastic about serving us. While waiting for our server to come take our order, we noticed numerous other staff members just sitting around talking in a couple of booths. Once we finally ordered, our food came out in a decent amount of time, but we were unimpressed with the portion sizes. They forgot our appetizer so that came out after our food and wasn’t very hot. The salad bar was lacking protein options, no hard boiled eggs or ham. Overall, pretty disappointing for the price point.

Their website and front door say they're open until 11 PM on Saturdays, but they closed at 10 PM and were rude about it. Definitely not coming here again.

Our server and bartender (Mark?) was fantastic. We were with my elderly father who has trouble speaking and answering questions quickly. Mark was so patient with him and so incredibly kind. Food and drinks were perfect. Thank you!

My kids and I stopped in on a Saturday night. The salad bar was great, as I have come to expect. Our server was excellent and very nice.

Food was okay, nothing to write home about. Was a little disappointed the salad bar. It was so cold in the building we had to wear our coats while eating.

I always receive great food at this restaurant.
My issues always lie with their customer service. I feel with every visit to pick up a carry out order, I receive less than desirable customer service from the manager and staff. It feels like they only care to cater to the dine-in customers, and often ignore the online order patrons, or shove them off to a corner and forget about them.
