Our waiter, Jed, was fabulous and very accommodating. However you couldn't say the same for the other employees. The salad bar needed to be cleaned and restocked. Salad bar had no plates and asked one of the two young ladies sitting on their phones if they could get some and was told I would have to wait as none were available at the time. The men's restroom was filthy and didn't look like they had been cleaned all day. We usually enjoy Ruby Tuesday's, but...

Waited 15 to 20 minutes for a waiter/waitress to come. She served 2 tables that came in after us and never acknowledged us. Got up and walked out!! Redicoulous!! Place was failing bad for awhile and seemed to be getting better but not anymore!

There was no joy in her job that concerns ppl and serving.
Food was okay. Presentation was good, salad bar was excellent as was its presentation.
