Our server and bartender (Mark?) was fantastic. We were with my elderly father who has trouble speaking and answering questions quickly. Mark was so patient with him and so incredibly kind. Food and drinks were perfect. Thank you!

I always receive great food at this restaurant.
My issues always lie with their customer service. I feel with every visit to pick up a carry out order, I receive less than desirable customer service from the manager and staff. It feels like they only care to cater to the dine-in customers, and often ignore the online order patrons, or shove them off to a corner and forget about them.

Unfortunately, my ribeye was undercooked and had a really bad taste like it had been frozen and thawed and frozen again. Hate to send stuff back so my dogs got a treat. My partner had the ribs and shrimp and they were great. Service was decent but the server wasn't very enthusiastic.
