Let me start off by saying this is the second time that I brought my fiance here and we brought her boys for their first time all the way from Texas. Now the boys weren't too keen on the sandwich but they do like the fries and the ice cream and let me say that the people working here were so nice and gave them such big ice cream cones. I have to say they were very polite and nice and I definitely like how cleanly and tidy the place was and how fast the service was and how they treat you is above any other. I definitely recommend coming here.
Kid-friendliness: They are very nice and polite and on the kids meals on their bag they give you a free coupon for a free ice cream and also a free coupon to use at the zoo for a free train ride so don't throw the kids meal bag away

Fries were terrible. Went back in to get better fries. They "re-made" them. Still terrible. Not the runza fries I know anyway.

Went in for the first time to get food for my family, waited almost 10 minutes to even order. When I got my food the runzas were soggy and seemed old, I also got a burger for myself which was very sloppy and I asked for no onion and which it was still on the burger
