My chilli was extremely spicy and the runza that I got wasn't good at all I ordered the mushroom one without the Swiss cheese and they put the cheese on it. Not at all happy with them. I won't be going back there again. We went through the drive thru.
I like eating food at Runza, but order accuracy needs some work. In the last 4 trips, the order was wrong. But I check now before leaving. The store decor is not very comfortable. The seating leaves a lot to be desired. But as I started with, I do love their food, and they do a really good job of making it with consistency.
We went to Runza to compensate for an awful experience at a restaurant in Lincoln. Runza didn't disappoint. Staff, food, and app we're spot on. Thank you for making our evening better.
