Runza is a great restaurant. This little location is great for a take home meal. It service to the neighborhood is wonderful. They are trying to stay open with all the street work. Don't let the construction hold you back. Give them your business. During the warmer weather it is fun to enjoy the picnic tables.

This is a local fast-food chain specializing in the runza, a bread pocket sandwich originating from Eastern Europe and similar to a bierock. I had the cheese runza, which had seasoned beef and American cheese. Service was fine, and the prices were reasonable.

40th and Randolph is less then Ideal when I come to represent Nebraska this location is cold and not even close to Nebraskan Hospitality. The drive thru person was so blah and didn’t give me a receipt upon transaction she quickly closed the window. The hospitality died at this location even when the roads are closed not even busy. I worked at Runza and this has got to be the worst experience again at this location. Granted I give them the benefit of the doubt that working at a restaurant is stressful, but my order was simple and even simple enough they just weren’t there in time. Please represent with your customers because it creates the impression.
Can y’all like totally not put everything in the bag upside down so that I have to build it again absolutely atrocious and annoying.

Aubrie was extremely polite at the runza on 48th and Randolph. I wasn't sure what to order because I haven't been for years. She was so nice and helped me to decide. I went with the Swiss mushroom and it didn't disappoint. Thank you sweetheart. Your hospitality will have me back again soon!

Ordered a burger no pickles no onions due to an allergy, and they still put them on the burger. Went back and asked for a new burger and they added extra pickles and lathered it with mustard. Absolutely ridiculous!

Waited for 10 minutes at the pickup window after ordering ahead and they still forgot my sauces. I order ahead so I don't have to wait. I'm willing to wait especially during busy times but to leave the customers at a window without any greeting for 10 minutes is a little ridiculous. I've had better service at this restaurant in the past so not sure what happened.
