Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup. Received a double cheeseburger with mayo and pickles. Waited quite a long time in the drive thru and they had just opened. My receipt said cheeseburger with ketchup so they just mixed up the order with somebody else. Disappointed.

Just wanted to address the elephant in the room which is when did your runza's size get cut in half. I haven't had one for a while and picked up a couple swiss mushroom runzas and fries, got home and saw the size of it and I felt like someone was picking my pockets. What a JOKE. I get inflation and the cost of things but you may want to consider coming correct on that thing you call a runza, what a ripoff. I will rethink spending almost 30 bucks for 2 runzas, fries and a couple of cookies. Good Grief. So much for a Nebraska tradition.

Why is it every time I order chicken wraps the chicken taste hours old and can tell it’s been sitting I think about the last 3-4 times I went including right now as I’m typing this I just have to throw it away why would I eat hard barley even warm chicken
How are you going to give multiple people their order first prior to the order that was placed online? There were people who just got to the store before I got there and just placed their order and I had to wait over 25 mins just for a chicken strip combo. The workers cooking in the back were goofing around and made and excuse that they were getting frustrated when their was no orders in the drive-thru or the front. Instead of doing their job all you can hear them doing is laughing and standing around. So unprofessional and definitely not a good look on your company. If I could give this place a zero I would

I don’t know what the deal was but the ranch tasted sour, the chicken was very dry and the meal made me sick all night. I love runza but I will not be going back to this specific location
