Slow service, had to take my order 3 times and I had to go inside because they couldn't hear me at the drive-through. Onion rings are bland and not much meat in the Runza pouches. No wonder they don't really have these places outside Nebraska.

Just found out they forgot multiple items from my order, and I had to go back. I have somewhere to be. It wasn't even busy šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø

Chickenberry salad, no berries. And since when does, chickenberry salads with popcorn chicken? Hamburger stone, cold fries cold. Oh, but somebody contacted me from runs and wants me to blame, or they want to blame. DoorDash, Runza which is not even 8 minutes from my house. And you're gonna tell me that it was DoorDash's problem. Since when does doordash go inside the building and make the food?How can it be doordash's problem A couple days before that, I ordered onion rings and they were using old oil. You could taste it. Don't worry.I'll be like the other gentleman.I'll go up the street and go to that one.Belmonts can just close down cuz.They're horrible

The new management that’s taken over has been hell. I’ve overheard other customers AND EMPLOYEES call the new management team the ā€œBelmont Bulliesā€ which I can say- is an accurate statement. I’ve seen management straight up harass employees on the floor for small issues. It’s ridiculous. How are customers supposed to feel comfortable coming in when the people running the store make their employees feel like shit and create a toxic space? I’ve had no problem with regular employees but even the management and ā€œhigher upsā€ have given me nothing but attitude

I LOVE a good runza. But this specific store consistently has too much cabbage. Not just the big chunk this time but consistently has a little beef ratio.

APPLAUSE!! You made a bad experience one to remember in a positive way. I didn't check my bag until I left the drive thru but noticed right away there was NO FRING to my frings, not only that but I had about 9 fries in the bag (it was a kids meal but there should be more than that). I turned around and went inside and the gentleman in the back saw me and didn't make me wait even 30 seconds. I explained, he apologized and grabbed the bag and went to the back. When he came back my fries were full and i had a few extra rings to enjoy. He topped it off with a complimentary cookie and asked me to have a blessed day. WAY TO GO RUNZA BELMONT!!
