Drive thru 8:10 pm March 23,2024. Order a French onion burger extra sauteed onions large with frings pepsi no ice and a dip. Husband got a #4 large with Mt. Dew. Interrupted at least 5 times with "anything else" and she had to ask us to repeat things. Then when I asked to have order repeated back she was rude said it quickly. I just got irritated. My sandwich light onion.
They have a variety of runzas and burgers. Assumed, huge onion rings and shakesTheir original runza is super good though I am quite partial to their Swiss & Mushroom runzaA must try!
Had a large to go order and everything was I there.Staff friendly and made sure order was right!

Little slow but it was a Sunday evening. Runaza is always a staple go to food joint for a runza or burger. If you haven't eaten there you definitely need to be getting there for a runza

Usually I go for the run a but this time had a burger, not bad if I do say so :)
Please don't judge all Runza's by this review. I have said for years that Runza has always served the best fast-food burger ever! I love their bacon double cheese burgers and their crinkle fries! However, the crinkle fries were served cold and overcooked in old grease. So rather tersely, they said they would redo them. I really believe they put them back in the fryer, as they came back even more overcooked. I got my order at the drive-up window. So I was miles away when I finished the fries, and guess what, for the first time ever, my burger was not freshly grilled. It was cold, dry, and almost inedible. Very disappointing. I will never go back to this particular Runza.

We decided to dine at Runza Restaurant on 1/7/23. We had great service and the food was great. As I was ordering in the drive thru, a car opened their doors and yelled “Hey Papi” zestily. I was immediately flustered and flabbergasted at the aggressive catcall that I missed the window which poorly placed and not well marked for drivers. I had to drive my car all the way around again. Didn’t love that.
I just realized this as I am eating my food but this woman working there seemed to be like the only one left there. She must’ve been closing by herself, and I came in right at about 9:25 ish (they close at 9:30) and she still made my food and didn’t throw me no attitude, and was really nice. Wish I knew her name so I could put it on here but I appreciate it a lot! ?? treating people good like that will take you very far

Food was disgusting! cheese didn't even melt! If I give them a second chance I'll be trying something else on the menu because the Runza (or whatever the heck it is) was nasty! People were nice though!

I ordered a Swiss mushroom runza. When I opened it the top of the bun was separated from the bottom bun. Very messy to eat. Runza should be finger food not knife and
