I was a first time Runza customer and thought It was going to be just any ordinary burger place but it Wasn't! The service was exceptional. The food was very fresh and made quickly. The restraunt was clean and looking nice. The freshness made all the difference. Thank you Runza staff for serving us today!!
Parking: Parking had a lot of cars but was still able to park! It was lunch time as well!

This was our first time at a Runza. The employees were all friendly and immediately acknowledged us. The cashier explained the menu to us with a smile. The food was really good and so were employees. Runza West O in Lincoln.
No ketchup no napkins not enough staff to cover the counter and the drive thru, tables and counters were dirty... but food was great...

My husband NEVER complains about food but he ordered a cheese Runza (which he has eaten for 25 years). It looked like a hoagie bun, sliced open w/ an unmelted piece of American cheese put on it. When he went and said something to the staff he was told that’s the way they are made. Poor response from staff especially when slogan on the wall said “Never skimp on quality “
