The Sweet Berry Chicken Salad was very good, as usual. The service was what you would expect as well. While the restrooms could use some attention, the restaurant itself was visually appealing with current decor, although it did feel a little cramped. Regardless, that is not why any of us come to Runza, is it?
We love Runza Restaurants!! We bought 12 frozen runzas to bring home to Colorado because we can't get them here! They also have a great burger, and the onion ring dip is awesome!
The person ringing us up took an order from my 6yr old child and rang it in as an adults chicken strip meal instead of a kids. How does that make sense? Then when I ordered a kids meal as well they rang it up as just strips instead of a meal. The person who brought out our order noticed the lack of fries for the kids meal and brought it out for us but very confusing order process.
