This is a local fast-food chain specializing in the runza, a bread pocket sandwich originating from Eastern Europe and similar to a bierock. I had the cheese runza, which had seasoned beef and American cheese. Service was fine, and the prices were reasonable.
So I've lived in Nebraska for years and everyone goes nuts over runza so I decided to finally try it and honestly I don't see what the big deal is. It's greasy fast food and of lower quality than better places like chick fil a or Culver's. It's fine, but there are better options out there.
Runza is always a great choice for lunch. Staff are friendly and you are able to get your food quickly and it's served hot and fast.
Temperature Tuesday prices are a super good bonus
The only slight negative is that the Cinnamon rolls could be slightly bigger.
