Went to Runza for the first time, it was heavenly. Swiss mushroom runza and the frinckles? I just loved the food so much. The guy working the drive thru, was super nice as well. Will definitely be coming back. Also their Ranch is fire!!Not sure when I’ll be back, was only in town for a few days for a wedding. Great location. The bride recommended this location to me.

I have never had such horrible food from Runza. The runza sandwiches were hard and probably left over from the day before. The fries were all hard and cold. Every pop was flat. Even the chicken strips were hard. I would recommend not picking this Runza since we just wasted 40 bucks on food that’s not edible.

I love Runza. Every time I come back to Lincoln, I have to have one. This location is a busy one, and they do a great time still getting food to you quickly. I tried the Philly Runza, good, but the Swiss cheese and mushroom are still my favorite. Make sure you try the rings, too. They are wonderful!

We drove into the drive thru and there were 3 cars in front of us and two cars came up behind a few seconds later. We were sitting there for 10 minutes and no one was moving. This was Saturday July 15th @ 6:45. We had plans that evening at a certain time and wanted to grab some food that was quick. We couldn’t understand what was taking so long since we hadn’t moved for another 10 minutes. Finally the cars moved through and it’s our turn to order, but no one will take our order and there was nothing on the marquee.We started to yell into the speaker and nothing. I finally told my husband to just go around and give our order at the window since we are running late now. We get to the window and a little sign stating they are closed for employee appreciation. I was pretty upset because I just wasted 30 minutes to find out that they’re closed! We could not believe that they are closed on a Saturday night, and now we have to try to find something else to eat. Why would you not put a big sign on the marquee stating you are closed and it’s at all locations??????We drove all the way over to 84th and holdrege and that one was closed as well. I was not a happy camper! They lost some respect from us.
