Got here over ten minutes ago was told there is a wait on chicken, they parked me, not a single car has come through the drive thru. I’m still sitting here, got my food after being parked for over ten minutes alone. Maybe it takes longer to make chicken here than everywhere else

My visit didn’t meet expectations. The ice cream cone was $2.39 for a small portion, and I recently noticed them weighing the ice cream portion. The picture shows about three tiers, but what I received was barely two and smaller than a kid portion.
The Swiss mushroom Runza is usually one of my favorites had clearly been sitting for a while and extra greasy. The upgraded fry Onion ring combo came with a hair, which was promptly replaced, but it didn’t help the overall experience.

I always visit when I come from iowa i will find a new location. The blueberry lemon shake was all syrup was asked to remake to another flavor staff acted like it was an inconvenience as a GM myself unacceptable and also my ranch wrap was cold definitely will find a better location..it used to be my favorite but went down hill

Food was pretty good but the staff was trying to rush us out, they kept cleaning tables around us that looked clean and even re cleaned some of them a few times while we ate and to top it off even asked if we minded if they vacuumed while we were eating and it was only 7:30pm so it's not like they were about to close.
Runzas are a Nebraska treasure and a must every time I'm in the area. Runzas are fresh and delicious. Onion rings are homemade and worth the calories!

Foods not what it used to be. But i still love the onion rings and spicy jack runza sandwich. Always friendly service and when ive had messups in the past, management has made it right asap.
