I have been to Sam's before, but I went to the location on N 27th the first time. I haven't been there for over 10 years. Wednesday (Dec 20) was my first visit to this location. I purchased my membership online, and I am still waiting for a card to show up in the mail. I already have the digital version with the smartphone app. What really pushed me to sign up this year was a combination of wanting cheaper gas and Costco not accepting anything but Visa (which I do not have). So Sam's won me over simply by accepting Mastercard when Costco wouldn't. Right now, Sam's is over 60 cents cheaper than Hy-Vee fuel. Wow! It's very easy to pay at the pump if you have a smartphone. Just enter the credit card credentials and scan the QR code displayed at the pump. You also get a digital receipt e-mailed to you when you are done. I was blown away by how cheap the gas is, and I am wishing I had joined sooner. I could have used this kind of savings when gas got to $3.77 in most places. However, I don't recommend getting gas when I did. It was a zoo. Try earlier than 4 PM or later than 6 PM. As for the store, I went in for a few minutes to look around. I didn't buy anything. My initial impressions were 1) The store didn't look as nice as Costco. It looked more like a warehouse. I guess that doesn't matter as long as the products are of good quality. 2) They need more people checking customer's receipts as they leave the store. There was a long line that wasn't moving very fast. My conclusion is it's worth it to get the cheaper membership even if you only buy gas at Sam's.

I love the online ordering and drive up service for groceries and whatever else I might need. Although I wish their tire department had liquid nitrogen to fill tires.

Sam's Club located on the Southeast part of Lincoln is a very convenient all-you-need warehouse type store. While my wife and I stopped in specifically for fresh produce and eggs, we were also price checking things like printer ink and small office refrigerators. As always, the aisles were spacious and organized. The facility looked clean. The workers greeted us entering as well as exiting us from the store. A nice bonus was that, the day we went, Tuesday, July 6th, there was very few other customers in the store. Lovely! I really enjoy shopping at Sam's Club, especially since their gas prices are some of the lowest in town.

Was empty and easy with the scan and go. Was able to both get fuel and the few items we needed without any delay. They had everything stocked and the asiles seemed larger than most Sam's Clubs, which allowed enough room for multiple shoppers going different directions. Others than we frequently go to almost have traffic jams when multiple people want to be shopping in the same isle

Signed up for a membership earlier in the week and stopped in 8/1. I love Sam's and have shopped here with my parents before for our everyday items! My fiancé and I decided to grab a cheap bite at the food court there. Susan was working the cashier that day and man was she awesome! Give this lady a reason or some sort of reward. She was kind, made sure to reach out if something was missing from out order, and then she even stopped by table to table to make sure everything was good and correct! Fantastic job by her and went above and beyond what I expected! Thank you Susan.

Great spot to buy tires. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I needed some help with some tires and Rod helped out a lot.

I've been coming to this club location for years & their staff is awesome very helpful & pleasant to interact with. Their selections are great & even when they've been out of stock (for those items during COVID), they've been quick to restock those items by the next week. I am a very satisfied customer.

My husband just received the most rude, inappropriate phone call from a Sam's employee. I had received an email asking my OPINION on a recent shopping trip. I wrote that I didn't like them pushing self-checkout and only having 1 employee on register. We have a business account in my husband's name, so he is the primary on the account. He received a phone call at work, tell him how my OPINION was wrong. Excuse me?? It's an opinion. If you don't want my feedback, don't email me a survey! The woman on the phone firmly told my husband they do not "push" self-checkout! That's funny! A few trips ago I was told by the middle aged store manager that simply EVERYONE loves self checkout, and apparently I'm the only one that doesn't. He went on to tell me how his wife uses it etc etc etc and ALL the customers just love it. And yes, you DO push self-checkout by only having 1 employee working on register. The alternative is waiting in a ridiculous line. Absolutely horrible and intrusive to receive a phone call to refute an opinion that the store requested!!!!!
