This is my favorite Scooters primarily because of the atmosphere and the warmth of the staff. As others have posted, it has the feel of a remote Colorado tourist town or a hideaway in the mountains. The coffee has always been excellent. Formerly I had an office nearby, so twice daily I would walk over, go inside and visit with the baristas, all of whom knew my name, and sip hot coffee while soaking up the friendly atmosphere. Frankly, I miss my daily times in this shop, so I return every time I have opportunity.

I'm NOT happy. The workers are so friendly and helpful and the rewards system on the app is so fancy and easy to use that I'm CONNED into buying delicious drinks.
See added picture: I tried the new Chips Ahoy! blender. It was too tasty and I finished it in less than 10 minutes. Now I HAVE to get another one next week. Scooter’s is sneaky like that; they'll getcha!

Slow in the mornings. Waited 8 minutes in line and didn’t move a single space. I ended up leaving. Scooters is supposed to be known for being quick. Not consistent with their drinks and are skimpy on their ice.

I had several smile rewards points and apparently they changed their app. I don’t have any points. I also have had to wait in line once when a friend of one of the workers was visiting with a friend at the window. Not impressed at all, thinking of going back to Starbucks!! I have emailed scooters and haven’t heard anything back!!
