we got a bad drink at pine lake location, and these amazing workers were so kind to remake our drink for us. they made it 10x better than before and super yummy! casper had amazing drive through service and whoever made my drink did amazing! thank you

Please scrape your oven mats!! I used to be a Scooter's barista for years, and would never allow food like this to go out-- It's so gross and unappetizing. Or you could use the small wax parchment sheets and cook the food on top of them to ensure no contact between the mat and the food item.
I have only ordered food from this location twice, one time I was one out of two cars in the drive thru; today was busier, but both times I had substantial amounts of charred bits on my sandwich.
I opt to go to this location instead of my old home store because it's closer to my current job, but it's frustrating to want to get breakfast some mornings only to have to wait until the sandwich is cool enough for me to safely pluck the burnt scraps off of it, when I know scraping the mat takes about 8 seconds max, and I believe this location has more than one oven.
The coffee has been amazing, the energy has been amazing, but this is such an easy fix and I hope it's considered!

If you are looking for a quiet place to do homework, do not come here. Staff routinely meeting with friends in lobby being very loud. Laughing, saying cuss words, talking way louder than needed. Staff singing music behind counter LOUDLY. I do not expect it to be as quiet as a library but I have noise cancelling over-the-ear headphones on and can hear the conversations happening across the store. DISTRACTING! Go to a library or something. The coffee was good though.

I love the way I usually get my coffee here but when I stopped by at this location the taste of my regular coffee was totally different than what I got and it was disgusting. I’m positive the milk was expired or not stirred in but all i could taste was the milk and bitterness. I went back and the red hair manager was so rude, I did not expect my drink to be for free but she made sure to let me know it wasn’t going to be. I just wanted my usual coffee.

Great Coffee, and always consistent, regardless of what Scooter's you go to. This is perfect, as you head out of Lincoln via Hwy. 77.
