An amazing experience.
What happened to the good people that used to work here at this location? There should be someone making sure that during peak hours of work that there aren't lines of people driving off because when there's two cars and 20 minutes have gone by they need to get to work by 8:00 a.m. It shouldn't take 20 minutes between two cars every time to get a drink. It used to be like a minute and gone a minute and gone It isn't that difficult! Please during peak hours make sure that you are hurrying up a little bit get some fire under there a little bit? Make sure to help people That's where you're going to get the tips because it's not from being slow This is ridiculous and it's been this way now for the past month. Today I literally had 3 cars in front of me and waited 35 minutes. nobody had a big order either. It used to be you could literally get done in a minute or two and make sure that you were already on your way to work by 8:00 they have to think about people that need to go to work by 7:00 7:30 8:00 a.m. and not just one person work all the other one stands around clueless it's so ridiculous. Use to tip people $3 to $5 every time for crappy service I'm not going there anymore there's literally a place I could drive up and get coffee around the corner order it inside come out and get it done 30 minutes faster. I keep being late to work when I used to not have to be and not because I don't have enough time should be plenty of time. Management needs to come in and take over You're losing business
If you are looking for a quiet place to do homework, do not come here. Staff routinely meeting with friends in lobby being very loud. Laughing, saying cuss words, talking way louder than needed. Staff singing music behind counter LOUDLY. I do not expect it to be as quiet as a library but I have noise cancelling over-the-ear headphones on and can hear the conversations happening across the store. DISTRACTING! Go to a library or something. The coffee was good though.

Love this drive through but my buritto left a little to be desired...like an actual burrito lol again. Always a great experience here but maybe double check the burrito before sending it through the window lol
They are so nice when going through the drive thru. They actually drum up a conversation which is refreshing

OMG! Just had the slowest service ever at the location. It's been pretty slow recently, but today was exceptionally bad. I love Scooters in general, so I'll take my business to another location. I can't sit at the window for 15 minutes waiting for a single drink.

Every time I order an extra shot of espresso in my iced latte at this location, my drink is still white as milk. Not sure how that’s possible if there is supposed to be 4 shots of espresso in there. 6 times in a row now

This little girl at the window will smirk and laugh at you gossiping to the other employees. And this is known to be the worst location in Lincoln. That's probably why they're doing double smiles here only.
Cappuccino is just milk, not even a taste of coffee. Very disappointing
I frequent this location often, and I have never had a problem. Until this morning, I came through at 730, and ordered two drinks and 3 hot items. I was told they had to warm their oven and to pull forward and come inside for my sandwiches and bagels. I’ve never had to wait before, or come inside to get anything. Inside I waited for 10 minutes, for an oven to not even be halfway warm, until I asked for a refund. I was astonished by the fact they had been open for an hour already, and the oven wasn’t even warming up yet. If I had been told it would be 10+ minutes for the oven to warm up, I would’ve asked for a refund the first time and not wasted my time waiting. I’ve worked fast food 5 years, with 4 of those being a barista, and the poor time management this morning was almost laughable. My day crew during the week wouldn’t have done me like this. But weekends is just never a good experience.
For the past few years, scooters has been my treat to myself every other week or so. Went today to get a strawberry vertigo and was taken aback when I took my first drink. They are no longer using red bull in their vertigo smoothies. They now use "scoot energy" which only comes in one flavor, tropical. My favorite drink is ruined! Bring back the red bull!!
