Walk up made it easy for my boyfriend to finally finish his quest. (Which they could have put even more matcha then they did, but I know I'm a rare one for liking my matcha strong, xtra matcha was still very light on the matcha for me).

Purchased a gift card at this location a few weeks ago. The amount was credited on my credit card, but not loaded on the gift card I was given. When my friend went to use the card, it had a zero balance. I was not given the receipt upon check out. I called and left my information with an employee but no one has called me back in days. I’ve tried calling again and the phone rings and rings until it finally disconnects, no voicemail option. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card at this point, but would like to hear back from a manager about next steps.

Love it here drinks are great fast service. I do wish that when I get food and that's alot that they would just give a napkin or 2 with it. Why do I have to ask everytime like it's a rare thing that hold ransom. Food = napkin stop making people ask for it.

I try to go inside to avoid the drive thru but they seem to prioritize the drive thru also had a woman come in after me who I assume was a regular get her drink before me. when another employee asked if they started my drink all she said was no and kept doing drive thru. there really should be a set amount of people for both drive thru and front desk.
