I wish I wrote this review 6 months ago when the service was 5 stars consistently. I always get my coffee here before the sun is up - and used to get friendly conversation at the window while waiting for the final touches on my coffee - it helped start my day in a great mood. My last few visits have just been transactional - "$10.83 please" "Here's your food" "Here's that drink".

I ordered a strawberry sweetheart mocha. Per the photo it’s either hot, iced, or blended, I went with the blended option. It was to have strawberry flavor with whip and drizzle on top. I got a maybe standard Ill blended mocha. It wasn’t good and for the time/cost it was really disappointing. Photos of the website pic and what I got (my drink photo was 15 mins after I got my order)

This location messes up on my orders more than any other location. One time I got an oat milk latte and they gave me regular milk. Another time I ordered my maple waffle sandwich like I always do and they gave me a completely smashed open sandwich that was melted and all over the bag and wouldn’t exchange it. This last time I ordered a medium latte and they gave and charged me for a large…

I really want to give this location more stars b/c staff is pretty decent but my order is always off tasting. Like there’s not enough Carmel or sweetness of some sort and it’s never filled as much as other locations so what am I really paying for? It’s the most convenient location to me but unfortunately I try to avoid it b/c my coffee is never done right. They corrected it 2 times and all of them were wrong and I was told to maybe add sugar. That’s not what I paid for and it doesn’t help when the manager is making the drinks. I hate to complain but people pay a pretty penny for these drinks and I just think it really needs to be corrected b/c a simple small Carmelicous can’t be that hard. On a good note I have noticed the muffins have gotten a lot better at all locations

Love this location. Baristas are always kind. I just wish that all Scooters locations would improve the quality of their food. I love breakfast food but Scooters could use some improvements in that department.
Whoever is working today 2/3/24 have messed up our drinks four times at this point. Each time it’s this same group of girls, burning the milk. Shame on me for continuing to go back to this location. There is another group of workers who actually can make decent drinks but this group of girls have made us go to a different location to get new drinks every time. Waste of time waste of gas. Oh and I asked if I could get a gift card but the girl on the phone said she didn’t know how to do gift cards? Strange.
