Can't make a hot caramel macchiato but can make it cold? It's a coffee shop but can't make hot coffee? I'll go somewhere else now. UPDATE: your link is worthless to communicate so Scooter's you lost a 7 year patron to your chain.

i went through this scooters, and had ordered a medium iced super skinny carmelicious, and a medium white mocha peanut butter cup, when we got to the window the boy working read the drinks off incorrectly, so we double checked that they were the way we ordered them and he said they were correct. after receiving our drinks and paying, we realized the iced drink tasted off (we get the same drinks almost every day) and that the blender was a large instead of a medium so i checked my app to see the order, and they had charged me for a large (which was no big deal) but i was also charged for extra mocha, extra white mocha, and add peanut butter, which had taken one of my modifier rewards off of my app. and the carmelicious was just a normal one, not super skinny. we went back through the drive thru and they offered to remake our drinks, i had them remake the iced drink, and then was just asking about the charges that were added to the wm pb cup. the boy had a bad attitude and said that they do not offer a white mocha peanut butter cup drink and that those 3 extra charges were the only way to ring it in. i work in management at a scooters and i order a white mocha peanut butter cup all the time at other scooters and when i told him that he very rudely grabbed another girl and said “you talk to her” after i explained to her what happened she just said she’d give me a refund and to pull thru and that was the end of it.

The flavor was good, but the drink was very watery. I was told previously to order as double blended for it to be thicker, but apparently that was misinformation from another person, but when I tried to ask questions, the lady at the window was very dismissive, which always frustrates me because if I’m being respectful and ask me a question when I’m spending my money, I’m not quite sure why you’re being dismissive when this is your job and this is where you work and I assume that you know that questions come with your job But it’s OK

Drinks were good as always … I was attempting to speak with the lady that passed me my drinks because I had some misinformation on how to order my drinks less watery.

I just don’t really appreciate a dismissive tone when I am attempting to ask questions about my drink or whatever else I purchased.

They were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best experience when I wasn't sure about my 2 peanut butter powers, they remade them without question. I absolutely appreciate this service and I will continue being a regular 10/10

I wish I wrote this review 6 months ago when the service was 5 stars consistently. I always get my coffee here before the sun is up - and used to get friendly conversation at the window while waiting for the final touches on my coffee - it helped start my day in a great mood.
My last few visits have just been transactional - "$10.83 please" "Here's your food" "Here's that drink".
