coffee is always wonderful when it's made correctly, staff is hit an miss like today I was handed a drink with cold foam all down the side of it and when I asked for napkin I was met with a response of "I guess".

I went through the drive threw and felt the atmosphere coming out of the windows. Having said that, I LOVED IT! I was extra inquisitive about the energy shot and they were honest. I chose the Prickly Pear Redbull Infusion yesterday, I'm going back for another today. Maybe I'll review another Scooters since it's along my route.

Unable to call ahead to order a box of joe coffee. Constant busy signal when I called store on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning Was told to pull around the parking lot and they would bring coffee out momentarily. 20 minutes later I finally got my coffee . More than 20 vehicles went thru the drive thru and I still have my coffee. Finally went back thru and I got it. They apologize and said had trouble assembling box together. Apologized for delay and said I would be refunded the the inconvenience. I even had given a $2 tip.

I ordered a blended Caramelicious from this location and it tasted very bitter and like burnt coffee- compared to the same drink from other Scooter’s locations. I went back through and returned the full drink and ordered another one. I was still charged for both after addressing the issue and the second one tasted just as bad.

When you go to get black coffee you expect black coffee, not this awful cinnamon roll infused bean. If I wanted flavored coffee I’d order flavored coffee. Thrown in the trash.
Best Coffee in Lincoln (My Opinion) Always polite employees. Have not been to any Scooters we did not like.
