Went to order my coffee as usual, except the cashier was too busy talking to the security guard that was leaning against the wall. Was waiting 10 minutes before she even acknowledged me. Not the first time I’ve visited and the workers are too busy talking to the same security guard.

I love going to the mall and getting a LARGE mango smoothie but today when I ordered a LARGE I was charged for a medium and receive A medium even though that’s not what I ordered. And when I brought it to their attention all they could come up with it is to buy a large and get changed for a large. Like they did Nothing to try to make the situation better other than saying just take the medium and buy and get charged for a large!! What I wish they would just done with make a large that I ordered then I would pay the difference! That would have made too much sense. Also they were very loud and goofing off but not really paying much attention to the orders !

Most unprofessional group of workers and owner needs to know. Sat 4/22 2:30pm. Waiting for my wife who's shopping and just trying to relax about 15 feet from counter. 4 girls working. Blonde with glasses and red headband thinking it's funny to yell for "help" LOUDLY at least 20 times in 5 minutes. All 4 laughing and commenting that no one will come to her assistance. Throwing ice at each other. I believe one may have gotten off at 3pm since they had to loudly yell by to each other. Fire alarm is currently going off in the mall and now she's gotta yell FIRE over and over. Not kidding, 50- 60 times. So immature and annoying.

rude manager. Too busy texting to take our order. Never acknowledge us. Said he was the manager and was texting other managers. Since when arent customers more important . Gateway mall scooters. The second person was doing all the work. This place needs a manager that cares about the customers.

They began refusing service not just to myself, but multiple other people 15 minute before the actual closing time. Claiming they are closed.

As someone who has worked at a scooters, I know what customer service from scooters is supposed to look like. I did it every day with a smile on my face. When I went and visited yesterday (10/21/22) at the gateway mall location around 4 pm, I was treated in a way that makes me not want to go back for awhile. The lady taking my order looked at me and treated me like I had come along to ruin her day. I waited paitently for my items and when my coffee was done, it wasn't even called out. The only reason I knew it was mine is because I have worked at scooters. I know the order before mine also sat there forever until the lady who ordered it finally had to walk up and ask if it was hers. Overall just not great customer service. Definitely don't plan on going back for awhile.
