I ordered a machiatto yesterday before work and about two hours after drinking it my throat started to hurt. It was painful to swallow. I even went to the dentist this morning and the doctor noted the redness in the back of my throat. I only went because I had a gift card. I will never order another coffee drink here again but I may dare to order a tea just to use up my gift card. Very sad.

I order peanut butter crunches every day, and today I ordered one like usual with an extra shot. it tasted watered down and there was no extra shot. we went inside and they were nice enough to remake it, but to be honest the 2nd one was worse. way to thick and iced down.

Workers are so loud… and I’m not talking about the noise from the machines. They’ll be practically yelling to each other and it makes it hard to study. they’re like overstaffed too because all they’re doing is talking to each other (loudly). the $1 lemonade is cheap so I can’t complain, but man it was the nastiest lemonade I’ve had. literally fast food places have lemonade that is 10x better, but again you can’t beat the price.

I stopped this morning at Scotters and the person that took my order and took my money at the window was the niced and most personal person that I have ever had the privilege to meet. She was engaging and just a pleasure to talk to. I am sure she is the manager or should be if not. My experience this morning left me with the desire to return to Scooters again. THANKS AGAIN

Came in to use a deal 2$ off a Carmel drink and I asked about the deal in the drive through so the employees knew what I was talking about never mentioning to scan the app to make the discount go through. Here I am thinking the 2$ was automatic. So I was charged the full amount for the drink. I went back in and the employees had no ability to help me and had a terrible attitude about the whole think.
