If you are looking for a quiet place to do homework, do not come here. Staff routinely meeting with friends in lobby being very loud. Laughing, saying cuss words, talking way louder than needed. Staff singing music behind counter LOUDLY. I do not expect it to be as quiet as a library but I have noise cancelling over-the-ear headphones on and can hear the conversations happening across the store. DISTRACTING! Go to a library or something. The coffee was good though.

I love Scooters. The Feta egg bites are amazing. The bagel sandwich is great! I appreciate the $1 small coffee or iced coffee! All of your employees are fast, and personable, Wow. I did not like the waffle sandwich. I suggest waffle, sausage, cut. The egg and cheese muddy the flavor. I think it would be way better if the waffle was a bit crispy.

I go to a scooters establishment almost every day, typically the 70th and Pioneers location but since the end location is so close to me I figured I’d go there instead of driving out of the way today just to remember why I drive an additional 10 minutes to visit another location because upon arrival I order my drink and everything is going just fine until I reach the window window when a young lady name Addison hands me my coffee and act like it’s too much to grab my children two suckers that are sitting right by the window Not have a great day. Goodbye greeting all because I asked for two suckers when the prior to me asking for additional service she was chipper. This experience is truly just frustrating because it would be nice to go to a scooter establishment literally right across the street from us however we continue to choose to drive out-of-the-way due to the experience that we’re giving at the Andam location almost every time we choose to go And then, when I called the store to simply asked to speak to a manager, she informed me that all of her managers were refusing to come in, and when I made a comment that that was very unprofessional, she click changed her statement multiple times, letting me know that they did not have a shift lead and a manager that was available to talk to any anybody on the weekends regarding any issues and that there was no other way that they could help anybody She offered me her managers personal cell phone several times until her other baristas told her that that was unprofessional and unacceptable reminded me of why I highly suggest everybody goes to a different scooters

Ever since “New Management” came in a few months ago. The atmosphere has completely changed at the 84th & Andermatt location. Mariah has really done a great job turning around that store. Great Job Scooters! Keep up the great atmosphere Mariah!!!!
I order what I usually do from the scooters off 70th which they always make perfect, I decided to order from this scooters because it was on my way to work and I’m not sure what they added but my drink that’s supposed to taste sweet and like strawberry tastes super sour and it just won’t mix together at all. I definitely would recommend going to a different scooters.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered my normal drink. When I went to pay, I forgot I let my son use my card and had no money. They let me keep my drink! The next time I went through, I ordered 1 drink and tried to pay for 2 at the window, and they wouldn't let me! Love this place!
