Got a hot coffee. Went through 2 people's hands and no one even felt that it wasnt hot. The person making it and the cashier handled it and they both didnt realize the coffee was cold. They tried to pawn us off a bad product. My boyfriend almost let it go but for paying 7 dollars for a drink it better atleast be hot. I made him go back through. I mean seriously who serves someone knowing the product is inferior. These people must really not like their jobs to not care. Won't be going back. I've had it with bad quality in fast places

I usually go to the Starbucks right next door, but lately have begun going to this Scooters. Always had a pleasant experience. Ordered a latte Saturday am and after getting home noticed an employee had written “Spooky Queen” on my cup with a black marker. I know Starbucks draws a smile or another greeting, but “Spooky Queen”?????
Very odd and not a greeting one would expect. Supposed to be humerous? I did not appreciate it and don’t like it. Just give me what I ordered and let me enjoy it. I did return later in the morning to place another order and the young lady was very receptive to my complaint and apologetic. Have not returned yet, but probably will.

Sent my boyfriend over to get a drink and they didn't have a person walk up and refused to acknowledge him, not even to tell him they wouldn't serve him.
He came home, on one of the hottest days, empty handed, after I was worried about him going out in the heat, needless to say, I'm disappointed and we personally have a grudge against this specific scooters location.

Marked as dine-in but has no way to place an order unless you're a vehicle... which I am, but after standing outside for about 15 minutes in various places that were clearly visible to the staff, I decided to rethink my life choices.
I order a hot Capuchino and was cold and tasteless. Sorry not good service

I enjoy getting a cold drink here whenever time allows me to. The staff is kind and friendly with smiles and upbeat personalities that make it worth the wait. The timeframe to get your items is average, however it’s worth it. I say Keep it Up, thank you and will continue to come here for my drink and snack needs

I'm from Colorado, so my only real experience with the drive up coffee establishments are Dutch Bros (BIG FAN) I have to say though, while visiting town I stopped in and ordered a extra large hazelnut latte with whole milk. Probably one of the best lattes I've ever had! Kudos, you guys.

If you are looking for a quiet place to do homework, do not come here. Staff routinely meeting with friends in lobby being very loud. Laughing, saying cuss words, talking way louder than needed. Staff singing music behind counter LOUDLY. I do not expect it to be as quiet as a library but I have noise cancelling over-the-ear headphones on and can hear the conversations happening across the store. DISTRACTING! Go to a library or something. The coffee was good though.
