Ever since “New Management” came in a few months ago. The atmosphere has completely changed at the 84th & Andermatt location. Mariah has really done a great job turning around that store. Great Job Scooters! Keep up the great atmosphere Mariah!!!!

I order what I usually do from the scooters off 70th which they always make perfect, I decided to order from this scooters because it was on my way to work and I’m not sure what they added but my drink that’s supposed to taste sweet and like strawberry tastes super sour and it just won’t mix together at all. I definitely would recommend going to a different scooters.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered my normal drink. When I went to pay, I forgot I let my son use my card and had no money. They let me keep my drink! The next time I went through, I ordered 1 drink and tried to pay for 2 at the window, and they wouldn't let me! Love this place!

This place has gone downhill since around January 2023. What happened???? I also noticed they seem to have a much high turnover rate with employees and managers at this location, am I the only one who’s noticed this? The one on 70th is much better. My family and I have switched to using that one instead since the massive decline with this scooters.

They overcharged me for my order.I called them and a few days later got a credit to my Scooters app.Vanilla latte had a funky aftertaste.Peanut butter crunch was very solid.
Worst location I've been to. Was overcharged due to the fact I didn't get what I ordered. And all the other times I've been to scooters it's been amazing but 84th and andermatt Dr. What are you guys doing. I'm depressed in the presentation of your drinks. Also idk how hard it is to actually put 2 extra shots of espresso in a drink. But I get it almost everyday you can check my bank statements even!. Next time do your jobs and fill the order as been requested. Doubt this will even be read. But have a great day. Still better then starbucks sadly.
