If you are looking for a quiet place to do homework, do not come here. Staff routinely meeting with friends in lobby being very loud. Laughing, saying cuss words, talking way louder than needed. Staff singing music behind counter LOUDLY. I do not expect it to be as quiet as a library but I have noise cancelling over-the-ear headphones on and can hear the conversations happening across the store. DISTRACTING! Go to a library or something. The coffee was good though.
Bought 3 vertigos. All three were just ice. No flavoring, little to no energy drink. We have had a lot of them and really enjoy them. DISAPPOINTING
Scooter’s Coffee is a reliable spot for a quick pick-me-up, and the drinks are usually great. The menu offers plenty of delicious options, and the drive-thru is super convenient. While service is generally fast, a warmer, more consistent customer interaction would make the experience even better. A solid choice for a coffee run!

I purchased a x-large energy drink and half of my cup is ice. I spent over ten dollars for a cup of ice. So disappointed to say the least.

Please teach your cashiers and baristas to stop saying “will that be it” when you tell them you have a few more things to order and to listen instead. I’m all for team work but better communication is needed at this Scooters. I religiously get a carmelicious blended. Today I was with my family needing a snack to head back to Omaha and came by this location. The lady taking my order was impatient and clearly didn’t listen. I get to the window and there is two young ladies a blond and a brunette working on my order. The blonde lady proceeds just to hand drinks without telling us what they were and I asked what she was handing us and she had to ask the brunette girl as it sounded like the drinks were mixed up or they didn’t know what was what. I had a feeling the order was wrong just by my ordering encounter at the speaker box and at the window already. When I was handed my first 3 drinks, mine included in that order I tasted it and it was incorrect. We ordered 2 peanut butter blenders (one small decaf and one medium with an extra shot) a medium carmelicious decaf blender and a Cinnamon Toast Crunch decaf latte iced small. The medium carmelicious decaf was switched with the small peanut butter blender decaf. As we got the last drink I mentioned to the two baristas the problem and the brunette lady instead of offering to fix the problem she proceeded to argue that they were correct because she made them although I tasted them both and there is a strong distinction in taste. Instead I got a medium peanut butter decaf with caramel topping and a small caramelicious decaf with chocolate drizzle which was not what I ordered. I admit I answered back if she wanted to taste it herself because it upset me she didn’t try to take my drink and resolve the issue. I would of waited in the parking lot if I had to. Again not listening she proceed to roll her eyes and ask what needed to be remade but at that point I was upset and the person behind me was yelling so I told her that I just wanted them to know so they knew to be careful for next time and I would keep the drinks as is. I want to remind them that some people have peanut butter allergies (luckily I don’t) and it could of gone very bad and it’s something in restaurant business that should be taken very seriously. Secondly that makes me nervous that my kids might have gotten caffeine if they couldn’t even get the drinks correctly. This is not the first time at this scooters where I have had a bad experience but it will be the last because I would prefer to wait to get to Omaha next time to order. Being my second time this is why I have choose to write this review.

Conveniently located scooters; whether on your way to work or doing homework after school. It's a shame they had to change their hours on short notice.

The dollar large flavored coffee carmelicious is the best. NEED TO BRING BACK OTHER GOOD COFFEE FLAVORS LIKE SOUTHERN PECAN AND PUMPKIN AND MOCHA. NOT A FAN OF VANILLA OR SNICKERDOODLE. Staff were more focused on chatting w each other rather than customer service.

Little disappointed in service I ordered a large toffee nut caramel, licious, blended, drink, and a peach smoothie peach smoothie was what I ordered but I asked for no whip cream on my blended drink and repeated it to them three times and they repeated it back to me twice still did not get the order right and gave me whip cream. When I’m paying over seven dollars for a drink I would like to have what I ordered. And when I told them all they did was take it in shave some of the whip cream off of the top disappointed in the fact that I couldn’t get what I ordered.
