I work in fast food also, and whatever they’re doing at scooters should be a model for all other fast service establishments bc they’ve got it down to a science. I ordered a medium mocha and medium iced matcha this morning between 8:30-9 and the mocha ended up being a watered down latte with no chocolate. Extremely disappointed after going out of my way to get this.

This locations menu states they serve nitro cold brew, although they do not have the machine to make it. Has been on the menu for months. Besides that, same old delicious scooters coffee.

I ordered a large mocha and a bacon ciabatta, nothing too crazy. What do I get you ask? A small coffee that tastes like watered down coffee with no sugar in it and a sandwich that looks like it was thrown at a wall before given to me. I didn’t bother trying to fix the order I just wont come here anymore

Why do you guys have the option of pick up when it’s not ready when I get there? I was headed into the hospital (work) and wanted to pick up my order and go and they didn’t even have it started when I ordered it 10 minutes prior. Very frustrating! Also, can we do something about spending $11-13 on two coffees why is this business so expensive?! The location is great though
