What a wonderful experience! I wish I lived in Lincoln so I could have date nights and all my parties there! Great food, and great staff! Love it!

First timers, my wife and 2 young daughters loved it. The food was great and fast.

I'm just confused. I'm reading all of these other reviews and honestly don't understand why our experience wasn't like this. We went for my mother's birthday last night (Saturday) and we were a bit late for our reservation but were still seated promptly. They did a happy birthday song to ALL the birthday's which was super fun! That was where we started noticing some things. I swear it took 20 minutes just to get our order in. We ordered a bar beverage and it never came. So much so that I went and asked the bar tender. It was just sitting up there with 6 others that needed to be ran. The birthday girl wasn't even asked if she wanted a drink and so while I was at the bar, I ordered hers. I also ordered 1 other drink from the bar & not from our server. The artichoke chicken was dry. I had to find our silverware myself because our server was nowhere to be found. We ordered the caramel chocolate cheesecake Togo and I ate it earlier tonight (not even 24 hours later) & I am now sick to my stomach throwing up. 100% have never had food poisoning and 100% currently do. Idk. I've been in the service industry for years myself and know the job. I wasn't going to say anything and just shrug it off as a bad day or something, but now that I'm up in the middle of the night after eating that cheesecake and instantly having a stomach ache, I had to. Just overall disappointed. My boys had a blast on stage with the singers though, so there's that.

R and B shows are the bomb!!!

If they improve the food, it will likely require reservations all the time. The atmosphere is completely on point! The entertainment was amazing. I love that it's a family restaurant. Kids should get elevated entertainment, too. The service was great. Very friendly and attentive. I wanted to love the food, too. It was good, but not on a level with the rest of the offerings. That said, it was really close. I will definitely be back, and I'll try something else. We had New York strip, potatoes, and corn. It was not expensive, but I expected more. The potatoes were really good. The steak should have been, this is Nebraska! All in all, I gave it 4 stars, but it deserves 4.5. It's a lot of fun and worth checking out!

Expected noise only so fun and we will be back!!! Food was great; server so nice and we loved our food and the experience overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Screamers! The food was delicious! Service excellent too:) It was entertaining and a really fun way to enjoy an evening with friends!

The service provided was friendly and professional. The food was good -- everyone enjoyed the crab cakes. It seemed weird that there was no option for a side salad. And really, although we had a great time, the fact that the place was nearly deserted was a bit depressing.

Poppers alone are worth returning for. Smoking bruschetta was delicious. Service was good, didn't our song request filled which was slightly disappointing. But will return, meat loaf was bland but I know they have other dishes I would like to try.

The service was really bad and we waited 45 minutes for a apps and the like a hour for or food the salad bar was not stock and my sister had a dead bug on her cup my food came out cold and when I brought it up the manager he didn’t even say sorry or even try to make it right I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again!!!

First time here. I had been more or less ignoring it because of its designation as a "family restaurant", but I was pretty impressed.

The food was really good. However the meatloaf was on the salty side.

When I arrived a staff member was on stage singing some karaoke. Pretty good singer! The gentleman that gave me my order was super friendly.

I was going to leave a neutral response for the atmosphere because I was just there to pick up a take out order and didn't really take it all in; however, considering it's a family restaurant, it was fairly quiet and peaceful.

We're looking forward to trying some other dishes.

Parking: Parking across the street in the garage is free for the first hour.

This was such a fun place to visit with our kids! Our server Isa was so talented and she took our kids song requests. She sang a song from Frozen and made our youngest's night! The food was very reasonably priced and pretty good!! We were more focused on the fun though!

Screamers is simply incredible! My wife and I had a "date night" dinner at Screamers last evening. It was our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last. Screamers is a perfect example of how a restaurant can be successful when the owner is fully invested in making it a success. As its owner/entertainer/waiter/"chief cook and bottle washer", Kevin Witcher has given Lincoln a truly unique and enjoyable dining experience. If you haven't already done so, join the fun and give Screamers a try. Be prepared for a great evening!

Overall experience was poor. We were excited to try this different experience. We went online to make a reservation and signed up to receive a $20 coupon for first time visitors. The website said we would get a email with the coupon, it never arrived. When we were seated we told our server and she said it was no problem. I ordered the ribeye steak for $33 dollars. The steak was one of the worst ever, full of fat and gristle. When the manager came by and asked how everything was going, i told him about the steak, his response was “steak comes in sometimes that way and you did get the $20 coupon!” So I guess I paid $13 for a meal I couldn't eat! We did order drinks and they were very good. We ordered a second round and 2 of the 3 arrived shortly, the 3rd never arrived. We were ready to leave when the server finally came over and told us she would go check to see the status of the drink, we told her to forget it. Although this is a unique restaurant the lack of quality of the food we will not return.

Great staff. Katie was our server. She has a great voice and is so griendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable of not only the scream but Lincoln. The intermittent singing was verry entertaining and some thing completely diffent. Dinner and a show all for one very reasonable price. There were so many options to choose from. We will stop in again if we ever find ourselves in Lincoln, Nebraska
