I'm just confused. I'm reading all of these other reviews and honestly don't understand why our experience wasn't like this. We went for my mother's birthday last night (Saturday) and we were a bit late for our reservation but were still seated promptly. If they improve the food, it will likely require reservations all the time. The atmosphere is completely on point! The entertainment was amazing. I love that it's a family restaurant. The service provided was friendly and professional. The food was good -- everyone enjoyed the crab cakes. It seemed weird that there was no option for a side salad. And really, although we had a great time, the fact that the place was nearly deserted was a bit depressing.
