My 18 yo son and I decided sometimes it's better to have a little bit of something exquisite than a big mediocre buffet. What an amazing array of gorgeous dishes.Thank you, we had an amazing time!

Sebastian's Table changed hours this week and opened an hour later. The manager, Kristin, saw us at the door and invited us in. She was very hospitable, gave us a booth and drinks to wait and chat until the prep was done for opening. She was very attentive and personable, made suggestions for her favorites and we tried a good many of them. We had a friend with us who HATES veggies and even she ate the Brussels sprouts! They were amazing! So was everything else we tried! We tried 5 tapas items and they were all outstanding and different. The atmosphere is great and they have at least three areas to accommodate different styles of comfort. The decor is modern, very tasteful, and beautiful. We are all in our mid 70's and were pleasantly surprised as to how at home we felt in this lovely environment. We will definitely go back. Staff was friendly and it felt like when we go back, they will remember us.

Longtime customers here, we love Sebastian’s Table’s selection of menu items as well as their high level of service. It has been since February that we have been back so we were looking forward to having the same experience we did last time. Our favorite are the Brussel sprouts but this time there was less sauce so they were not as glazed as previous times. We ordered the most expensive paella with seafood and it was bland and needed seasoning. We were also confused as to why there was no crisp on the rice at the bottom? Overall the food was lacking and flat. Our issue isn’t the service, waitress and staff are always pleasant and prompt. Just didn’t feel like the value was there for what our bill was.

I love Sebastian's Table! The food choice are unique and I enjoy the small plates because you're able to share and try new things! Service was excellent. I only gave a 4 out of 5 because I feel like they changed the white sangria. I use to love it but it definitely tasted different than what I remember. All in all, great experience.

My wife and I have eaten here a few times over the past few years. The tapas menu is always amazing. Just pick a few things off of it and you'll be happy. I also recommend the sangria. It's as good as I've had anywhere, ever. The only thing I don't recommend there is the paella. It's just okay. Everything else on the menu is amazing. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to have a cocktail before the meal starts, that's another highlight. I do wish that they used ice in the water, and refilled it. It's very European the way they serve room temperature water and no refills (unless you ask), but we're not in Europe.

Tasty but pricey. Only one complaint so far. The duck confit isn't the tender fall off the bone tastebud extravaganza I've had in other places. I suppose it's probably made with duck why would they lie, but the shredded meat they use is too salty to determine with any certainty what kind of meat it actually is. It could just as easily be made with salt pork or chicken fried in duck fat. Very disappointing.

Maybe it was because it was Sunday. Maybe the waitress was new? I'm not sure, but it wasn't at all what I was hoping for. Sat on the patio, which was nice. Started with the duck confit; needs an acid or something to cut the fattiness of the meat and the bread. Otherwise good. Did the $46 6 oz wagyu steak which was cooked well. The steak itself was good and very soft , but the steak fries and tarragon butter both sorely needed salt. Ordered the paella del mar and received the paella del carne. We both made trips inside to try to find our waitress. I found her eventually and she put in the order for the new one. It was good, but definitely not $40 good. The rice and octopus were the best parts tho! Seasoned very well. All the while, the plates are all just piling up on our table as she doesn't remove empty plates, glasses, or beer bottles. Water wasn't refilled either. Ended with the chocolate stone that tasted like it had been frozen a week ago as we are jabbing at it to get it to cut. The waitress said the pastry chef had issues with the shortbread...I will say that the sangria and wine were excellent. They get points for that. As I'm finally finishing my wine after paying, a manager notices the massive pile of plates and offers to clean them off the table. At these prices, you need to train your staff.

What a great place to dine. Went here for my anniversary with my partner and glad we decided on this place! The chef’s special is a must. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try everything, but would have if we could have! Their sangria is excellent and I have dreamt of it ever since.Definitely will be returning when I get the chance.

One of my 3 favorite places in Lincoln, great staff, quality ingredients. I like that the dishes are different than standard Midwest quinine. European rich flavorful cuisine. Thoughtful unique cocktails.

We have had dinner in the main restaurant and also drinks in the new attached bar called Elenora's. Very cool ambiance and the service was excellent. We love the bar area - drinks are beautiful and delicious. There is a larger room attached that would be great for larger groups. The bathrooms are spotless. It seems like a lot of thought was put into every detail of this place. Prices are on the high side, but totally worth it! Highly recommend!

The staff at Sebastian’s Table kindly listened to my inquiry about a gluten- free bread or cracker option. Though they do not normally have an option, the kitchen manager improvised by going to Honest Abe’s and getting a gluten-free bun, toasted it and thinly sliced it. It was a very welcome addition to my dinner. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness. This shows they really care about their customers.
