Sadly, this is permanently closed. This was a great place run by awesome people. I hope they consider reopening in a new location someday. They are very missed!

Excellent spot to spend time alone or talk business. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back. This place has a great atmosphere.

The service was very sociable and kind. Prices are fair I would say.

I had the veggie wrap, grabbed the first half and thought it was reasonable and then realized there was a second half! I also had a side of potato salad that was delicious. They had a decent crowd too, lots of call in orders but they moved through quickly.

Visiting from out of town. Google said this was the closest sandwich place to me. Honestly, I wasnt too impressed when I drove up. The inside is quite bare but does have an amazing array of rrally cool old lunchboxes lines along the walls. They are Cool to look at why you're waiting for your sandwich.Speaking of the sandwich! Wow! I had the pastrami sandwich on rye "house way". The sandwich was very, very good! Pastrami was thick, hot and flavorful, the bread was fresh and delicious. They dressed the sandwich perfectly with a wonderful dressing and I could not be more impressed! Thanks for a great lunch!

I ordered a Rueben from Sips & Subs on the recommendation of my friend Debra and I cannot stop dreaming of it! Perfectly griddled marbled rye bread, melt-in-your-mouth corned beef, tangy (but not overly tangy) kraut, and oh that sauce! Add a bag of jalapeño chips and you'll be in wonderland. She also mentioned that her own personal fav is the Cajun Turkey. If I ever get off this Rueben kick, I'll be trying that next. (She also says they have awesome breakfast, which I can't wait to try.)As a side note, this place is *really* affordable. I'm adding as a side note because it's not a place that's "good for the price". It's amazingly good, and also affordable. Go support this local gem!

Personally, I think this is the best breakfast spot in Lincoln, especially if you're looking for amazing pancakes and no frills. They have the best pancakes in town. Everything is super affordable but not cheap. They are friendly and timely. Their lunch menu is also great for a quick sandwich. Lincoln has few other made-to-order sandwich places. This is definitely the go-to for me. They typically have great lunch specials that are always worth it. Just a great small spot that never disappoints.

Food probably wouldn't be bad, but staff does not wear mask, nor do any of the customers. ugh.

Food? Great. People? GREAT. There is something to be said for creating a warm and welcoming environment. The food is really, really good. Served up on cute little plates, it feels like sitting at your mom or grandma's kitchen surrounded by plants and cute lunch boxes.

I recommend Sips & Subs to everybody! Their sandwiches are delicious, and you have to take advantage of their all day breakfast. Biscuits and gravy for lunch - yes, please! They’re a great locally owned business.
