We had our small basketball team with us this past Saturday and they did a great job at getting our food out in a reasonable time with accurate orders. I would suggest to them to try cleaning their baskets in a different manner because there is a greasy film on them. Chicken was moist, fries were delicious and staff was super friendly...what more can you ask for!

I traveled from Omaha to enjoy a Slim Chickens meal and ordered a fresh Cayenne chicken sandwich. Hunter was very courteous and accommodating as I explained my special dietary request, requesting the toppings on the side, with a freshly made chicken and the bun packed separately. I was planning to enjoy this sandwich tomorrow. However, the manager declined to prepare my custom order. I plan to follow up with the store operator and hope that they communicate with Hunter ( you did an amazing job) regarding my experience. I also hope the manager receives appropriate coaching to improve service

I went to check it out, and the chicken is very tasty, the skin is well-seasoned. The presentation of the dessert in the jar caught my attention: chocolate brownie pudding. When I tried it, I didn't like it; it tasted like nothing. The essence of chocolate is nonexistent, neither the brownie nor the pudding tasted like chocolate! I was disappointed... and it's expensive too!

I waited 25 minutes just to walk up to the counter and then get asked what. Didn't get to try the food came all the way from Omaha to try this and ended up wasting time and gas to not be served.

Ordered for delivery. Got everything except an entire gallon of sweet tea. Called to talk to a manager and got a message that the voice mailbox was full. Called to talk to the people that take orders and was transfer to the same line that says the voice mail box is full. Not a pleasant experience. Not happy. Can't even get a refund on the tea I paid for.
Have visited here many times over the past few years. The food and service have never disappointed.

had bad experience with staff in drive thru- wrong drinks and staff would not address. Got home without sauces.

Went there today at 9:30 and they stated they were closed. The website says 10 o'clock if I could give this a zero stars I would gentleman was extremely rude in the drive-through and if your hours online or 10 o'clock, you should be open till 10 o'clock, I asked him why they were closed, and he replied with were closed. Horrible location. Do not go there zero stars

I drove through on a Thursday night with 2 cars in front of me. I sat in the drive through line for over a half hour. When I got to the window expecting to see people rushing around...they were all just busy doing nothing except socializing? Food was cold...after waiting that long.
