Ordered for delivery. Got everything except an entire gallon of sweet tea. Called to talk to a manager and got a message that the voice mailbox was full. Called to talk to the people that take orders and was transfer to the same line that says the voice mail box is full. Not a pleasant experience. Not happy. Can't even get a refund on the tea I paid for.
Have visited here many times over the past few years. The food and service have never disappointed.

Went there today at 9:30 and they stated they were closed. The website says 10 o'clock if I could give this a zero stars I would gentleman was extremely rude in the drive-through and if your hours online or 10 o'clock, you should be open till 10 o'clock, I asked him why they were closed, and he replied with were closed. Horrible location. Do not go there zero stars

I drove through on a Thursday night with 2 cars in front of me. I sat in the drive through line for over a half hour. When I got to the window expecting to see people rushing around...they were all just busy doing nothing except socializing? Food was cold...after waiting that long.

Very clean and calm. Went there for lunch with my family. We had strips, buffalo wings, fried pickles and fries. All but the pickles were okay. Initially the pickles were good, so when they came to ask us how the food was, we told them everything was good. The seasoning/flavor was phenomenal but after a few the salt became overwhelming.I would recommend trying for yourself. If its not out of my way I will go again. Service was nice, prompt and positive.

I generally love Slim Chickens, this location is the exception. The lobby is always dirty (sticky floors and tables) and the staff don't seem to care. Both times I've had issues with my order and both times the staff have acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for what I ordered. The quity of food at this location is subpar compared to the south Lincoln location. If you want to try Slim Chickens, do yourself a favor and visit their other location on Pine Lake.

Dining in.....They got the order wrong. Even after the employee repeated it back to me. We ordered two chicken & waffles to dine in and one to go. They brought one waffle to two people, with the chicken on the waffle, butter and syrup already on it. This isn't how the other location does it. It was also on paper, then a flimsy paper plate. The other location serves it on a sturdier plastic plate. The floor at this location is always sticky, my shoes get filthy. Then when we asked for them to go, they brought them in square boxes. They cut the waffle apart....The other location serves the waffle in a round plastic container, with proper ventilation so the waffle doesn't get soggy. We've been here a couple times but I can tell you I will never go back to this location. The two employees we dealt with were clueless.
