I loved it when it opened but not my favorite now. Got 2 meals wing and tenders $30 in drive thru get in one box you know how good fresh fries are anyway nope the fries had no crisp. Now I figure during rush like everything would be fresh anyway get home wings weren't crisp did not hardly have sauce but im starving so I had like 3 and some wet fries other meal seems fine but it was for a hungry teen. Raising canes for me its further but whatever.

I don’t even want to rate this place I just wanted to come and get a nice meal and me and my husband come through the drive through it wasn’t a bad price good service at the speaker but when I got to the window a crew member was on his phone with his glove on, our food sat there for awhile, we wanted more ranch asked him as soon as he got to the window, he then got upset shook his head while walking away and then after was really rude and unprofessional. What has happened with customer service it shouldn’t really be that deep your job is to serve your customers with a positive attitude and to be professional.
Food is like what you’d get at a waterpark: ordered out of starvation, and soggy and flavorless tenders, fries, and bread. You are better off driving the extra mile down the road to Cane’s.
