My partner and I had lunch here during the week. It was our first time in, and the staff were very welcoming and helped explain how the process works. Everything was very clean and organized, and we had a great lunch! Very fun to customize the entire meal and to cook it ourselves. I’m not usually one for self-serve and self-cook type of places, but since everything was so clean and sanitary I really enjoyed it. There are a LOT of ramen options, as well as toppings, and snacks...
It was definitely a different experience for me. I had no idea what I was doing and apparently was doing it correct. The lady working showed us what to do and how to do it. Its pretty neat. Was overwhelmed by so many different types of Ramen Noodles and the fact I couldn't read the flavors. So I just guessed. Wanted more of a teriyaki flavor. I will definitely be going back.
Everyone there is so kind! Every time I go there, everyone is so helpful with choosing food, using the machines, and everything in between. It is especially great on a chilly day to go grab some hot soup and a boba.
