Screwed up my order 3 times in as many weeks. This Sonic has really gone downhill in the past year.

I can see screwing up once....but THREE consecutive visits?!

We arrived at sonic on a cool November night, intending to partake in mozzarella sticks and dirty Dr. Peppers. As weary travelers, we were expecting exceptional service—or at least any service. We were sorely disappointed and fear we will go hungry. I can only hope that there were no workers present at the establishment, as it is the only explanation for such treatment.

I arrived to the establishment before the closing time and waited. The team did not take my order and waited until they closed. As a reoccurring loyal sonic member, I was disappointed to say the least.

went through to order & the workers barley payed attention to our order even though we had to repeat it 3 times . just to get the wrong order at the drive thru , and when asked to get the correct order i was questioned about what i really order as if i was lying . they continued to have a rude , nasty attitude as well as the manager using profanity with the customers . The location inside the location looked ran through & unclean . The food was greasy , cold and almost zero flavor as well . the only thing good that came from my experience there was their updated menu board LOL .

Being a current general manager at a much higher corporate restaurant , i wanted to say this is absolutely unprofessional, under trained, and unsanitary . recommend visiting a different location , this one only keeps going down hill.

Took forever to get food because stalls are broken without any signage and nobody comes out to let you know. They just said “yeah they’re all broken we’re waiting on our boss”. I’m sure a sign vs. get taped up or something as I’ve noticed this for weeks. Food is good as always but the service wasn’t great and often skimped on the “extra” topping

Past 7 times I've paid for extra cherries and didn't get any. Wasted a lot of money for nothing. Good place otherwise but I really want this fixed.

So this is the 3RD TIME this has happened to me. I ordered a route 44 strawberry slushy with real cherry fruit add in and I pay for extra cherries…plural not singular. Now it takes me a while to get through my drink and said CHERRIES (again plural) are expected to be at the bottom of my drink. I get there expecting at minimum 6 cherries because I paid to have them added and paid EXTRA to have EXTRA added. And what have they given me? 2 F’ING cherries. Call the manager and only reconciliation they can offer…an apology. Last time I got a “reward” for a free drink WITH A PURCHASE! And if I wanted what I ALWAYS ORDER. I would have to pay for the extras. Like FFS. No More. Your food is sub par as it is.

First off its annoying to pish the button and hear someone ask your order but litterally not listen. I go here about 4 times a week and have to repeat my order every single time. It's litterally 3 items. Be ready to take someone's order when you ask. Also can people get more than 1 napkin? Dang I will trade the mint for a extra napkin. Another thing everytime I get a drink here it has a mess on the cup well then I have to use my only napkin to clean it up and I have no napkin for the food. Maybe less mess on the cups.

After ordering online, I arrived at the Sonic, no less than 10 minutes from ordering. I pressed their red button, and on my app, I stated which lane I was in. I was shown on the screen who was coming out with my food. After 20 minutes, I figured out, that the person I was told who was bringing out my food, must've gotten lost between the restaurant, and the lane I was in. I, then again, pressed the red button, to figure out if I was going to get the food I paid for, it wasn't much, but enough, if you're hungry enough. As I was speaking with the mystery man over the intercom, I was approached, by whom I assume someone in a supervisory position. That was nice. Seemed like he wanted to take control of the situation. That made me feel pretty good, after 25-30 minutes. Then I had a gentlemen with a bag of food come to my window, and say "here" I responded with "thank you, and you're welcome" 2/10 experience at this Sonic. Unfortunately.

Just tried my food, it's all cold too. I live less than a quarter mile from the store.

Service was pretty slow and no one ever helped me in the drive-in area. I finally backed out and went thru the drive-thru area. The strawberry shake I got was pretty good, but I've definitely had better at other places.
