8pm on a Saturday, 1 car in line ahead of us. 2 cars in the parking spots. Husband and I ordered a slushy and a blast. We waited 20 minutes behind 1 car in the drive thru only to have both our orders completely wrong and to be told in order to order a Diet Coke I would need to leave and get back in line since there were “so many cars behind me” (two cars).
I have worked in restaurants for 12 years, and have ran drive thrus as well. I have never experienced this quality of service at a non-peak time in my life.
Immediately got back into one of the parked spots to bring up the mistake and took another 10 minutes for anyone to answer our call button.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you know customer service and you came here you’d be disappointed. Kid started to get mad over the headset after we ordered more than 3 things. The attitude we received was ridiculous. Acted like they didn’t wanna be there. Mind blowing you’re getting paid for this? It takes 2 seconds to smile at someone and say have a good day. Didn’t even say anything to us as they handed us our food. They then forgot things and got a little irritated when we asked for it. Training on headset is definitely lacking. Do better. Don’t plan on coming back.
Sominworl graveyards and at 7am I'm ready for a 5pm meal and the staff here will make be a burger a fries every morning I stop. They don't complain. A d they remind me politely it will take an extra mins for my food but it come out to me fresh and hot every time.

My boyfriend ordered us 2 shakes, a large chocolate Oreo shake and a small cheesecake shake. I don’t like chocolate at all, it makes me sick; the large came without the Oreos and the small was an Oreo shake instead of the cheesecake. I did the online ordering and stall pickup since it was easiest, it was fast and nice. But it was disappointing having him come home and me not being able to eat the sweet treat I was craving. The last time we went to this location they messed up that order too. I had gotten a dirty dr.pepper, it didn’t have any of the cream or any lime. It was just coconut dr.pepper, I wouldn’t have paid for that if I knew that was how it was coming to me. I could’ve paid less for the same thing at a gas station. Every time I come there seems to be a problem with my order. It’s not hard, I don’t ask for extras or change the way things are on the menu. I get it as is. I keep giving chances because it’s so much closer but we honestly will NEVER be coming back here and we will be telling our friends/family to avoid this location as well.

Came on November 25th for half priced shakes they were advertising half priced shakes and got there and they said they weren’t making any shakes, no reasoning as to why just said they weren’t making shakes

First time going to sonic bro with a gift card gifted to me from my graduation from my friends mom and i’ve never used this card they said my card had a balance of 0. felt embarrassed and had to leave after ordering my meal. Checked online with the card balance checking thing. Still has the same $25 I was given.
