Came here around 10pm after a long shift at work, was really looking forward to a hot fudge sundae but it’s just regular ice cream. Barely any hot fudge, no whip cream and no cherrie. This made me very sad I am incredibly disappointed begrudgingly eating this regular ice cream labeled as a hot fudge sundae.

This is regarding the crew at Sonic 1500 S Coddington Lincoln NE. 7/27/25 around 6:00 pm. I accidentally ordered footlong chili dogs for my grandkids and realized it when my order was read back as I paid. I was hungry and my brain wasn't working properly and instead of just taking the long dogs I got stuck on how that wasn't what I ordered. The crew didn't argue didn't fuss and quickly gave me what I ordered. They also went outside and checked on the poor ppl waiting behind me and got them moving. Everyone was polite and professional and motivated to do a good job. I was impressed and hope you let them know how much the quality of their work is appreciated. The food was good the order was right. I apologize for not being the best customer but you definitely have the best employees and I thank them. Sincerely, Courtney C
