Food is hit and miss. I typically get the breakfast burrito anytime of day. I’ve gotten some pretty old sausage pieces later in the evening. However when it’s fresh….so amazing!Love their strawberry cheesecake master shake too!

On 3/13/24, we went for the 0.99 cent corn dogs. During happy hour we had great service, but the evening time wasn't making no sense. We placed our order, then someone came out to confirm our order because she said that our order was taken in the drive thru instead of the stall we were in. I would have not thought anything about it at first. We had already received our order and almost finished, then another employee came to us asking about another order. At this point I realized that they were taking the orders in the drive thru and coming out to verify where the order went to because they were not taking the orders on the correct order board. Plus couldn't remember which stall the order went to.

Almost every time I order drinks from this location; I either get the wrong flavor, the wrong size, or the wrong drink entirely. They staff is not friendly or welcoming. They either need to be retrained or they need some some kind of help.

Quality of food definitely ranks higher than other on the go options. The meals are fresh, delicious and above average portions. Lemonade slush with a side of chili cheese coney is my go to.Parking: Car hop themed, approximately 30 spots. They also have a drive thru option.

Went yesterday just before 11am, I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the fries were good and hot. The bad is the server came out and sat our food down and said "I have no idea what everybody got". My burger was cold, wife got the wrong hotdog and my son didn't get his dipping sauce for his strips. Probably won't be back

I go to this sonic everything. The morning and afternoon staff are always friendly, fast, and accurate. No complaints from me!
Ordered and waited 30 minutes for food while the manager sat outside- didn’t know that was her. Called and asked to speak to a manager after our food was missing she said “ya I was taking a break!” Okay no problem but food shouldn’t be missing AND the food we did get was only half full. She then said “I’m not dealing with this” and said she’d refund, she didn’t. Received half an order of everything while her and her two friends sat outside with headsets on. Fried pickles were not all breaded and had been old and not even completely battered anymore.

Drive through tonight, not overly busy, waited at the window for way too long. Finally received order and my daughters chili dog was cold and my sandwich that I had asked they hold the onion and sauce on came out with extra onion and dripping with cold sauce which made for a great soggy mush toast pie. This place is horrible. This is the 3rd time in a row that they've messed up our order in multiple ways. The employees and managers are absolutely incompetent.
