I order sodas here almost everyday since I moved. I have been disrespected. My boyfriend has been talked poorly too. I have spent a lot of money in the last 2 months. All I requested was a soda to be remade as they were not making them correctly. She was very rude. And poor communication skills.
I ordered a route 44 dr pepper Easy ice Easy lime Extra cherries.
I got a heavy iced lime soda. With no other flavor but LIME.! I refused to go back and have her spit in my soda this evening so Im just letting others know about this location in airpark Lincoln NE.
I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE. THIS IS UNEXCUSED

Creamy Pasta
I pulled up to Sonic at 2:37 AM because my brain said “chili cheese tots will fix everything.” First red flag. The second I parked, the speakers started breathing heavily at me. Not talking. Breathing. Like the Sonic itself was tired of existing. Suddenly the building caught on fire. Not a normal fire either. I mean like cartoon, biblical, end-times fire. The flames were shaped like corn dogs. The Sonic logo was melting and screaming “WELCOME TO THE FAST LANE” over and over. A roller-skating employee skated past me, fully engulfed, handed me a cherry limeade, and said “that’ll be $4.29” before turning into ash. The menu board changed prices every time I blinked. One second tots were $3, next second it just said “RUN.” The drive-in stalls started collapsing like dominoes. Cars were sinking into the asphalt. A carhop asked if I wanted ketchup while the entire place was actively exploding. Then the fire spread to my car. My steering wheel was hot. My seatbelt was lava. The radio started playing the Sonic jingle slowed down like a horror movie. I tried to escape but my legs wouldn’t work and the smell of burnt mozzarella sticks filled the air. Right as the flames reached the sky and the Sonic mascot descended from the smoke like a demon god— I woke up. Sweating. Phone on my chest. No Sonic. No fire. Just me, realizing I fell asleep watching food reviews at 2 AM. So yeah. One star. Food wasn’t even that good in my dream.

Ice tea will make you sick!!! And food is old just go to lincoln to eat. Sad they are taking advantage of people that live in air park! When you call to inform the manger of the poor food quality she will argue with you claiming they make thier tea everyday but was it made at 5 am and you're still serving it at 7pm.

They never put the correct amount of toppings in the ice cream. I even order extra of a topping and pay more just to not even get the normal amount of the topping. Super frustrating. If I wanted vanilla ice cream that someone whispered Oreo next to I would order that.

My drink barely had any flavor when I ordered and paid for extra and full of Ice when I requested easy ice. When I called no apology was even offered only told its pre-made and a machine does it. Wow what a way to make me want to continue going there.

I was super excited because they had half-price Burger deal, too bad they say they close at 12:00 but they actually close at 10 every single day so I'm going home just to eat whatever I have at home because apparently they don't know how to put their actual hours
Food was disappointing fries was really nasty had to go back to pick up food they forgot to put in my bag. That place use to be good now it's like they just don't care about making the food anymore.

Ordered a SuperSonic Double Cheeseburger, Tots and a Picklerita Slush (for those that haven't tried it, DO IT!). The burger was one of the BEST (if not THE best) Sonic burgers I've ever had! Give that person a raise!!

Sonic, is Sonic! Went to try their new pickle meal, Not bad but could use more pickle seasoning on the tots and tries. The pickle boba was interesting! Their nerd slushes always hit the spot though!
