It was our first time here tonight. As soon as you walk in, all of the delicious smoked smells will hit you right in the nose! 🤤 We wanted to try a variety of meats. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich combo with the collard greens & mac & cheese. The pulled pork had the best flavor & it was so juicy. The collard greens were on point 💯! We also had had “the stache”, which is a hot link, with pulled pork, coleslaw, & bbq sauce on it. It was very good, but our favorite was the pulled pork & collard greens. We also ordered a pound of tri-tip. It was melt in your mouth tender & full of flavor. The owner came out & talked to us for a bit & he was very nice. The guy taking our order was also polite. I had their Buffalo wings and they are so good! They are big wings that are juicy and had the right amount of sauce. Goes perfect with watching March Madness! Service was great and you can tell the owners put their passion into their food. Can't wait to go back and try some of their BBQ or Catfish.

Pulled pork was dry and room temperature. Roll was dry and a lot more bun to meat ratio. Won't be going back. BBQ place should excell in BBQ. They definitely did not excell.

I have been waiting to try this place for a while now, but it has been hard since I live on the south side of town. Finally DoorDash them tonight and wow oh wow… I was blown away! I got the ribs, beans, and collard greens. I smelled the smoke ribs through the bag so I knew it was going to be good. Hands down some of the best ribs I ever had, especially here in Lincoln. They were very tender with a good smokey flavor. Beans and collards greens were cooked to perfection as well. This is definitely one of the best soul food places in Lincoln. Don’t sleep on this place, try them out!

When you walk in it is such a cool and comfort feel staff was very helpful and patient with my indecisive ordering I wound up ording the catfish combo with baked beans and Mac and cheese and it was and I do not exaggerate AMAZING it was incredibly fresh hot and flavor was off the charts not to mention how big the catfish was. I would have everything again but next I'm coming for that pulled pork definitely recommend and will be back support local! ?
