Soulfull Cocina is absolutely amazing! I had the ribs with mac n’ cheese, and it was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever tasted. The ribs were perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and falling right off the bone. The mac n’ cheese was creamy, cheesy, and the perfect comfort food side. Everything tasted homemade and full of love. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re craving delicious BBQ, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

Restaurant staff are super nice and helpful. Food is edible, but drowning in sauce. I'd rather adjust the amount of BBQ sauce myself. Also the meat wasn't all that tender and didn't really have a smoky flavor. Probably the reason for drowning the meat in a very sweet sauce. The corn and Mac and cheese were really well done and great. Baked Beans had the same problem as the burnt ends. Way too much of the same super sweet BBQ sauce.

I had one of the Wednesday specials. Cajun fried chicken sandwich with sriracha mayo (or something close to that) and baked beans. The beans were delicious with chunks of meat in them and super sweet, savory, and flavorful. The sandwich though... the chicken was cooked to perfection and so juicy, the sauce was amazing, the bread was high quality, and the breading on the meat was just bursting with flavor. Service was fast and the staff was super friendly. The place is really clean and the atmosphere was further improved by the excellent music that was playing. I will for sure return and recommend to others.

As someone new to Lincoln, finding Soulfull Cocina has been such a win! The meal was just fantastic. What really stood out was how warmly the owners greeted us and how they took the time to help us navigate the menu and find some truly great dishes to each of our tastes. Everything our group ordered was just bursting with flavor – seriously, some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time. Their fried chicken, catfish, and ribs were all top-notch, making it impossible to pick a favorite. The potato salad was definitely my favorite side, and their handmade BBQ sauces were super tasty. The owners were just so friendly. I'm already looking forward to going back; my mouth is watering just thinking about it! I can't wait to try all the items.

Good food a great prices! I ordered the Shook it Up, coleslaw on the side. I distracted the staff and they forgot my coleslaw but the dog covered with BBQ was really good, spicy wiener fo'sure. The ribs were pretty good, sauces included were good too. Outside seating in the back and you can smoke out there!

I had the 2 piece dark fried chicken and hubby had catfish sandwich. We tried mac and cheese, collard greens, dill corn,and baked beans. So good! That day the wife of the owner was by herself and wasn't the usual cook. She cooked everything perfectly! My chicken was seasoned and crispy and hot! Great atmosphere too! Got to meet the owner and he was so friendly and welcoming! We were just driving through and googled food near me and the pictures looked good! We are from KC area and can be bbq snobs but they will not disappoint!
