When Source. Eat Fit first started up I was very excited as it provides healthy meals on the go at a reasonable price. Over the years it seems like they lack in "newness" There is a new recipe introduced about once every 6-12 months. When you have the same 12 rotating meals it causes burn out on the food. I would like to see more variety and different meals added more often. The 70th street store doesn't seem like it keeps very many meals on stock anymore either so really you have about 4-6 lunches/dinners to select from at a time limiting your options even more if you are trying to stock up for the week. Hope to see some new recipes more often in the future.

I did a 21 day challenge and lost 8.5 pounds. Dawn was amazing and encouraged me all the way. I learned about portion size, the importance of protein and what empty calories are. I'm going to take a couple weeks off to regroup then hit it hard again If you're struggling on your current diet, call Dawn. She's awesome!

Love Love Love this place!!! My life saver on the healthy life style road!!! I'm always on the go and when I need a quick bite to eat hands down my go to!!! The staff is awesome, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable!! You guys rock!!

Simply not for me. Service was a bit judgemental but nothing to complain about. Food was super overpriced for simple meals I could make myself. But I suppose that's for convenience.
