Went thru drive thru and they didn't make my drink right. Drive thru sucks!!!

they seem to have one person making drinks for drive-thru to go and front. I specifically walked in to get my drinks so I didn't have to wait in the Drive-Thru. by the time I leave a whole nother group of cars gone were in the Drive-Thru before I even got my drink.

Worst Starbucks in Lincoln… if you want 1) a correctly made coffee, and 2) to not spend 30+ minutes waiting in line I’d pick any other surrounding location. Management seems to be lacking in several areas.

This location has been super slow every time I’ve gone. Last Friday we waited for a good 10 minutes in the drivethru even though we were the only car in line. Today, I waited for a good 20 minutes only to have an employee come out and tape a handwritten sign saying the drive through was closed. At 10am. I left and went somewhere else. I like Starbucks, but this isn’t worth it.

This location of Starbucks is probably the busiest, yet their service is uncompromised. My order is always ready before I arrive, and the seating area is huge so I always get a table to work for a bit. The parking lot is somewhat hit or miss since there aren't very many spots and it is shared among several businesses. ☕

If you ever feel like waiting in line for 45 minutes while waiting on incompetent staff then this is your Starbucks.

Seriously, Starbucks corporate needs to shut this location down for utter incompetence.

My goodness this location hired a bunch of adolescent males who are rude (Dallas and Tal) and cannot run this place. I order the same drink practically everyday and they tried to argue about it being wrong…. Guess the customer isn’t always right, the employee is. I quite literally had to pull out my phone and show them my order history. I offered to make shift my drink and dump out half of the milk (supposed to be “1/4”) and pour a new shot on top and they refused to fix their wrong because apparently messing up twice is their max. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location since they rounded up new employees. They also enjoy talking smack about customers as if we don’t have ears. Just overall seems like Starbucks has lost a grip of this store and we’re watching it go down the drain - seems like they need an older starting age. I will never be returning to this location.

Edit* the very next day I went to the Starbucks on 27th and they made my drink PERFECT. The drinks couldn’t be more opposite. Just wild!

This has got to be the busiest location in Lincoln! But, these morning staff handle great! I wish you would stop raising your price and that your drive thru menu had all the options on. Going in is a very eye-opening experience. So much more selection. You're missing out on sales.

Horrible customer service, rude staff and the fact they was talking about me thinking I didn’t hear what they said is insane! Just because someone looks different, don’t mean their money is different. I’ll travel out my way to avoid this location because not only was I called names by the way I dressed (Muslim attire) my drinks wasn’t made right and hardly are ever at this location and I feel it’s because of how I look

Extremely behind on orders. 20 minutes after placing my mobile order I had to ask for it. Was "lost" according to the barista. Ended up being given away to someone else.
