Starbucks failed to provide my order and then refused to correct their own mistake.
I placed a delivery order and waited over one full hour without receiving anything. I then went inside the store myself to retrieve the order, only to be told by the manager that they “couldn’t make the drink because it is out of season.” That information was never communicated when the order was accepted.
When I calmly asked for a replacement drink of equal value, the manager refused and stated that nothing could be done.
This is not how a company of this size should treat paying customers. If a store accepts an order, it is their responsibility to either fulfill it or provide a fair substitute or refund. The way this situation was handled felt dismissive, uncaring, and completely unprofessional.
I will not return to this location, and I expect Starbucks corporate to investigate this incident and address the behavior of the staff and management involved.

Drive thru was long so I went inside and ordered. All I ordered was a pike place with some adds, but I waited for 15 MINUTES inside while the 3 people who ordered behind me got their food and drinks first. Why????

I’ve ordered from this store three separate times hoping each time that they would get it right because I do have a specific coffee order, but I tried to order it online in advance so they have time to read it and have a reference. Every single time the coffee has turned out undrinkable and for the price that I’m paying which is over $10 each time, It’s an obscene amount of money for the products you get, the service you receive and the treatment you get when you bring up the fact that your order is incorrect.

I’ve tried to work with this particular manager, whose name I do not know, but is very much the manager and very rude, the employees were rude and yelling back at myself and another customer. And it was over their mistakes I went to culinary school I worked in food service I worked in Customer Care, and these people said that it’s absolutely horrible to work in the service industry to which I say do not work in it.

I stopped at Starbucks before heading on the road, ordered everything and it went smoothly. Besides having a banana bread loaf being warmed up the only other thing they had to make was a venti hot chocolate, no substitutions or additions. I waited for 20 minutes, in the meantime a college group of about 20 student came pouring in, they made a line that went all the way out the door. One by one they ordered and was waiting on the side for their order. I went up to the barista area and was asked by them if I was waiting for something, not once, but three times by different people. I told them I was waiting for a venti hot chocolate. It wasn’t until one of the baristas with silver hair in a bun (couldn’t grab their name) made a vocal notice that I need my beverage. As I continued to wait, the girls that came in about 10 minutes later than I did were getting their drinks one by one. It was absolutely ridiculous, this location will not be able to handle this long term if they don’t compose a working order to complete orders efficiently and orderly. Will not be returning to this Starbucks. Thank you for the individual that advocated and saw me waiting for a while.

This is the 4th time in 2 weeks that the drive thru has not been open. Don’t waste ur time going if u don’t want to walk inside. Imagine how much money and business they have lost by having the drive thru closed every other day. Crazy . I’m done wasting my time even trying.

I visited a small Starbucks and the staff were unfriendly and not paying attention. No one greeted me, and one employee was on her phone.

I felt ignored, especially as a Muslim woman wearing a hijab. Starbucks should have employees who smile, are polite, and help customers. Even in a small store, customer service should be friendly and welcoming.
