I have been coming to the Starbucks since it opened. Normally I have very good reviews, but what troubles me the most right now is the cleanliness of the inside tables are always dirty which I clean mine before I sit down.The floors haven’t been cleaned in a long time and the bathroom is disgusting. I think they could do a lot more in the cleanliness of the inside. Staff is very nice the food and coffee are good.

There's often 5-6 workers in the store, but somehow no one available to take orders. This branch in particular can't seem to keep regular hours. Today I'm in the drive through because they've locked the door unexpectedly in early afternoon, even tho the app says they're open til 8 pm. It is the most maddening Starbucks I've ever been to and I'd be happy if it closed...that's how unpredictable and ridiculous this store is. This store is the poster child for what's wrong with Starbucks.

A few weeks back I ordered a couple bags of one of their most popular coffee beans on the app from this same store, paid for it on the app. Stopped to pick it up only to find out they didn't actually have it, then had to get 2 workers to figure out how to refund what I paid on the app...it took 10 minutes. This store should close and spare everyone the time wasted.

Place a mobile order for in store pick up because I was in a hurry and don’t live in town. The app said 4-7 minutes. I got there about 5 minutes after my order was placed and the inside was closed, no option to walk in and grab my drink and food. With about 15 cars in the drive thru, I didn’t have time to wait. This isn’t the first time this has happened, not being open then the app/websites says they’re open. This location is either managed poorly or has unreliable employees.

Customers in drive through were served well before me. Another customer that ordered at the cafe was served before me. The staff didn’t communicate the reason for the delay and the managers were rude. Not a good place to get a coffee

I placed a mobile order at 3:25 pm, the hours on the Starbucks app said the store was open until 4:30, as did signs on the drive thru menu and front door. My order was accepted and my card was charged. However, when I arrived to the store nobody answered at the drive thru and the front doors were locked while the menu lights were on as were all lights inside. I called and asked if they were open to which the staff member said “no sorry we closed at 3:30” I said okay I placed a mobile order and it was accepted so what should I do about that, she says oh if it’s for Sara we have it ready you can just go through the drive thru. I had already tried drive thru and the front doors and received zero service both ways before I called. I understand that everywhere is short staffed right now and changing hours to accommodate for that, however, it’s kind of expected that the store is open until the posted hours or at least isn’t taking mobile orders if they’re closing before the posted hours. I got lucky in being able to still retrieve my order, but am extremely frustrated with how the situation was handled and the service I received.

Placed a mobile order like I normally do, I live a few miles away so I order ahead, by the time I got to the store during normal business hours, the store was completely dark inside and no one was working. There were approximately 10 other cars waiting in the parking lot with me, I’m assuming for the same thing. Please turn mobile ordering off if the store isn’t even going to be open because now I have to figure out how to get a refund.

Strangely Familiar

Honestly one of the worse sbux I've been too. As a doordasher, they almost never have the order ready, I'm not paid to wait. If a deliver order comes in, it's pretty much a given a driver will be on site within minutes. They have delivery boxes clogging the dining area, stuff that has been there for days. Just disorganized and unprofessional all around.

This is by FAR the slowest experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. 30 min in a drive through at 1:30pm (not a peak time for any coffee shop to my knowledge) is ridiculous. Every person in line was asked to wait to simply have their order taken. Even when it was time to order, the woman couldn’t understand a thing we said. And when we pulled up to the window, it was clear to see the lobby isn’t high volume and that our service was just truly terrible. Oh and to add our orders were blatantly wrong, and the woman at the window was not pleasant. Not sure how this place has 4 stars, every time I have come here I have had the same slow service.

Messed up my drinks constantly. I'm disabled. And we're rude everytime I had time to come back 4 a remake. I don't live close. Been a customer there for over 5 years but now have decided to stop being degraded by certain employees and management. I hope the owner sees this

Ordered a tall hot pumpkin spice latte. Absolutely no and I mean no taste of pumpkin nor spice. Tasted like a standard latte. Also for a tall it was 6.36!!!! What a price gouge. Scooters pumpkin latte tastes so much like pumpkin and is less in price. Starbucks, do better.
