I’ve come to this Starbucks a couple times and have never had a bad experience. I get the caramel ribbon crunch. It always has caramel drizzle in the cup and the caramel crystals on the bottom with whipped cream also on the bottom. Today when ordering this it had none of that. It was also a completely different color than usual. When I went back into the store to ask for it to be remade the worker was disrespectful. There was genuinely no taste of caramel in this typically sweet drink. I was highly disappointed in this worker as they then made it the exact same way. The other two workers were nice, a girl with glasses and brown hair, and a younger man with shaggy hair and earrings. The other male was the one who made our drinks both times and continued to stray from the recipe that every other worker seems to follow. As a barista myself, I was very nice when expressing my concern but this employee needs to work on following the actual recipe to ensure consistency with drinks. Very sad to have come in and receive this service.

Cashier couldn’t understand that we wanted two different drinks on one order. Then he just wanders off. Fortunately another cashier eventually came over to finish taking our order.
Then we had to wait while the employees had a meeting with a manager, and then a meeting with each other…

Why do I keep going to Starbucks? Honestly. It’s pretty much fast food at this point. In this case, it’s the only place to grab a coffee somewhat close to the freeway. At least that’s what I thought. They served me the absolute worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I ordered a double tall non-fat mocha. What I got was a scalding hot skim milk with an inch chocolate syrup pooled up at the bottom. I’ve had better chocolate milk made from a can of Nesquik. Pathetic. Stop giving your money to these sugar (read- drug) dealers people because the passion for a good cup of coffee isn’t there.

Staff should lower their voices if they're going to make comments about customers. Basic self awareness. If you're going to be rude and weird at least be mindful.

I frequent quite a few different Starbucks in Lincoln and Omaha and this one is the slowest I've ever been to. I only come to this one if I'm close or have nowhere to be. They also are likely to screw up your order. I don't know who runs this store but some serious changes need to be made. Disappointed almost everytime.

Starbucks inside Hy-Vee. Met friends traveling on I-80. Easy for them to find, and I knew where it was. Drinks were very nice. I had a London Fog Tea. We sat and visited in the Hy-Vee Cafe. Highly recommended.

My mother loves Starbucks, she sends me to pick up Starbucks all the time. This place consistently gets the iced mocha latte wrong they make it white mocha instead of normal mocha. That's totally fine, everyone makes mistakes. It's the response I get when I ask them to remake a drink they obviously created wrong that cost over $11. They act as if I should just take it even though it's the complete wrong drink and I get extreme attitude when they have to remake it, even though they where the ones who made it incorrect in the first place. I totally get making mistake, usually when other Starbucks make this mistake /very rare/ they just apologize and remake into a normal mocha. This place, my third time getting the white mocha instead of the normal mocha. The lady who made the drink looked like she was extremely upset and wanted to tell me off, even though obviously white mocha isn't normal mocha, one is white one is dark. One is made of white cream one is made with chocolate it's not too hard to mess them up, and if you do mess them up shouldn't you just fix it instead of acting like the customer is bothering you when they paid $12 for a drink that you made completely wrong?

I frequently go to this Starbucks, and Baristas are rude, and argumentative. They don't make drinks correctly, and argue that you have to pay extra to have caramel sauce in a caramel macchiato.

Slowest starbucks I’ve ever been to. I made a mobile order and waited 30 minutes while people who just walked in were getting their drinks. Drive thru isn’t any better … Ended up being late to my event.

A waste of $7. They expect a tip before you even try the product. Ordered a caramel macchiato and they forgot to add caramel and coffee. Basically I could have microwaved some watered down milk and got the same drink. Pay your employees so they try.
