good options for desert, little costly, usually a clean place and the customer service depends on the employee present. Told the Barista I had a Gift card and she responded in a bit of a rude way but whatever. They don't take starbucks gift cards even though it says starbucks on the sign, and charges like a starbucks. Overall its a good place, but one bad experience isnt enough to completely ruin it

you cannot use Starbucks card coz it is a b&n café serving Starbucks coffee, not a Starbucks
There are a lot of selections here, and a lot of fun trinkets, crafts and books. Just be careful of the sale signs and make sure that you read the fine print. Everything was awesome I had really great customer service until I had to check out and that was just a really long ordeal, it took about 10 minutes I think to check out but in the end I'm happy with all of my purchases and it was a fun experience.

I always love to get a coffee drink when in the book store and enjoy reading my books. The only thing that is upsetting is that they don't have any of the flavors that I like to put in my coffee.

The workers seemed overwhelmed with four people in line. Orders were messed up 3 times. We were patient and enjoyed our food and drink when we finally got it.
