The workers seemed overwhelmed with four people in line. Orders were messed up 3 times. We were patient and enjoyed our food and drink when we finally got it.

Barrista didn't know menu. Asked for a white chocolate hazelnut latte. She said she couldn't make it because it wasn't on the menu. Asked what she could make, and she responded, anything we have syrup for. Asked if she had hazelnut, she did. Asked for just a hazelnut latte. Received a watered down coffee with no taste. I ended up throwing it away and leaving.

I didn’t catch the name of the barista but she had glasses on - I placed a mobile order but sent it to the wrong location, she was super kind and made my order anyway, she deserves extra commendation! She is in general nice and personable when speaking with customers.
A pleasant place to have a sit to read or study.
My husband and I were craving sweet drinks. We stopped here on our way home. Sadly we were disappointed. My Java Chip Mocha wasn't frappe like.. it was more like an ice drink. We haven't been to a Starbucks in such a long time and just foe us to treat ourselve.. wasn't a good experience
I really felt bad for the associate. He was the only worker there. He kept his composure he was very polite and very energetic. I will definitely go to this location again.
