I didn’t catch the name of the barista but she had glasses on - I placed a mobile order but sent it to the wrong location, she was super kind and made my order anyway, she deserves extra commendation! She is in general nice and personable when speaking with customers.
Normally I really enjoy this place however the main reason was to get a blended green tea Macha. So I ordered, then the employee comes over and says they are out of Macha tea. Then the lady behind me ordered something (not Macha) and they were out of that as well. Also waited quite awhile to get the drink and pretzel I ordered.
