Angela could learn a thing or two about customer service. Maybe they don’t just want money thrown at them and offered a refund. Maybe that’s not what I wanted. Maybe what I wanted was for you to make my coffee while I was standing there instead of making every single person before mine That wasn’t even there, maybe that’s what I wanted. Maybe I came inside because I was in a hurry and I didn’t have time to sit in the drive-through.. And I even let the lady know when I ordered that I was in a hurry so why are you making everybody’s order? That’s not even there before the person that’s theirs order and then you’re gonna tell me that It’s not your fault that I’m running late now. Angela does not even deserve to be a supervisor!!

Please don’t charge for a full grande drink and give me half foam. This has happened a few times now. Coffee is expensive and when I order I expect a full drink

This new Starbucks is close to my house and is always really quick with my order in the drive thru and inside the store. Great hot coffee and friendly baristas are always working here!

This location is definitely not a good one. The staff never smile and are quite rude with bad attitudes.I’ve even heard them talking about me in a negative way while I was still in the store! I frequently went to this location and other than a shift manager most of the staff were never friendly. The last visit I had I asked for extra fruit inclusions and the staff member told me with an attitude “that’s the standard amount for those drinks” and then walked off. I’ve also been short a few ounces (once 4 ounces between two drinks) because they wouldn’t fill my drinks to the top of the cups. I would also bring in my own drink container and one staff member refused to use it saying “we can’t use that because we don’t know if it’s clean so it’d be unsanitary” even though I washed it right before going to the store. Due to their bad attitudes I changed stores. The 3 stars are only because of the shift manager otherwise it’d be 1 star. They really need to clean house and hire new staff if they want a better customer base because they lost a customer who went in every other day spending $12 each time. I’ve been a CEO and would’ve never tolerated such behavior from my employees. I would not recommend this location but the one on Pine Lake is excellent!

If you are out of a specific ingredient that makes a drink don't sale the drink!Don't argue with customers about making the drink incorrectly!The manager is rude and I won't be back!
Your tracking is obviously faulty. I was at my carwash 100 yards from TenBuck$. I've made it to 74 without ever having a cup of coffee in my entire life.
