They close at 1:30 in the afternoon - this is a downtown location. Staff is excellent - hire more people.

Absolutely asinine. Hours posted online and doors open until 7pm Sunday’s. Drive downtown on purpose for Starbucks, and this location is completely closed. Very unprofessional to have your hours posted, no “closing early” or “closed today et al..” whatsoever and I go in to place an order and it’s closed. Very disappointed, considering how much Starbucks as a corp screws its customers over, this location definitely doesn’t leave a good taste in your mouth. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Just passing through the Haymarket area. Always hit up the local SB's. The staff were great. Drinks on point!??
This location got all new staff in the last 6 months or so, and it went from being my favorite Starbucks location to the absolute worst in town quickly. I just got a simple strawberry lemonade refresher and somehow it tastes like water and nickels. I don't think I've been satisfied with a single order I've gotten in the last month and have been going less and less.
