The staff here are amazing. Any time I have an issue they just fix it. I ordered the wrong drink my mistake so they remade it for me even though it was my fault and that just made my day.

The manager is often very loud and seems impatient and aggressive though she often has a smile that doesn't reach her eyes. Overall her loudness fills the place, which appears a bit aggressive when she's talking to the person in front of her or a coworker, and yet you can easily hear her in the back of the place with how loud she is being. Another example, "Did you wash your hands when you came back from break. I don't think I saw you..." She loudly asked a coworker yesterday. That seemed odd to announce that and belittle the coworker in front of the all the customers who couldn't help but hear her. Overall not sure if she is trying to be mean, but definitely could work on her volume, discretion, and patience.

It was really cool coming by here today! I was helping a sweet friend celebrate her birthday by ordering for me places she can't go to and I was able to indulge for her! The one lady that works here is really nice and we talked a little while she was multi-tasking. This cozy corner Starbucks in downtown Lincoln has a nice little view out the north and west side front windows. The inside is very welcoming. My friend ordered me the Trenta Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. Was a really good treat in this plus 90% humidity! She also ordered me an iced lemon loaf cake as her birthday pastry treat for me! I have such a wonderful friend and I appreciated the hospitality at this place!!! If you are ever in the area at 12th St and P St in downtown Lincoln, please stop by!

NOTICE: this is not a review of this particular Starbucks location, it's management or it's employees.Starbucks as a corporation made a public commitment to practice sustainability measures with ALL of their products offered, yet they still serve dairy milk and charge extra for more Earth friendly vegan milks.This act is basically financially taxing a patron for being Earth friendly and then turning around and trying to take credit, when after all, it is the person who is purchasing plant-based milks who is making the better environmental choice. That in itself is a form of greenwashing!Dairy milk is not sustainable because it's environmental footprint demanding significantly more land & freshwater use while causing significantly more greenhouse gases & eutrophication.

I ordered 4 cream kinds of cheese from Uber Eats. I only got one cream cheese in the bag. I pay for the cream cheese which is $1.15 each I order 4 cream cheese total is $4.60. I tried calling the store the phone was busy. Can you guys please double-check the bags? I understand the frustration I also work at a fast food place. I get it that Uber Eat orders are a hassle especially when you're already busy.
