wait was way to long and just 2cars !? i ordered an ice latte with cold foam due to all the wait the foam was gone i saw my drink ready sitting there just NEEDED to wait for someone to come to the window

Conveniently located in the front of HyVee supermarket, where we stopped to charge our Tesla. This is not a full service Starbucks. They weren't able to accept my Rewards points. They ran out of cardboard sleeves for hot drinks. And unlike most Starbucks, they placed my order for a Pike Place in the barista queue, where I had to wait in line for the two Caramel Macchiato Frappuccino orders ahead of me. One nice touch was the removable shopping cart cupholders that you could borrow while shopping in the store.
Starbucks sucks. Period. Overpriced flavored tap water. Boycotting due to political views.

The staff inside the North HyVee are stellar ask the upsell questions to improve margins.Now about Green Tea "Strong" should mean "No Water" EXACTLY what the customer ordered and EXACTLY how the other 2 leading competitors make Strong Green Tea.This comment Shall Not Overshadow the abilities of the eight or so associates working that location. Stellar keep up the good work people. Grocery customers are not a friendly lot.
