I come to this Starbucks often. I put my order in and came through the drive through. When she handed me my order of 3 drinks I noticed the tray was wet and soft then noticed the lid was not on all the way of the hot drink . The trray was falling apart and the coffee had spilled. I looked at her and said the lid was not on this coffee and it's all over. She looked at me and smiled and said have a nice day ! Basically dismissed me Really ! I had to pull over find places to put drinks and hold them while driving to work. A simple oh no let me get you a new tray and coffee would have been great !

I have no idea what is going on with loading your card on the app. Whether you do it before the charge or order then ask to load before you pay, the staff seem to not be trained well enough to accomplish this task without some type of problem with the charge.

The reason we use the app is for double points.

Considering the cost of this product, it is very important as an everyday customer to receive these points as it lessens the burden of the cost.

So, I am done ordering from Starbucks, AND I WAS A DAILY CUSTOMER.

The flat white that I get when I come here is most often good and how I expect it to taste. Sometimes the cup is only 3/4 full tho. I always get my drink to go which I believe should warrant a sleeve and plug without my having to ask. Thus, no tip.

Have gone through the drive through one time cc machine didn't work I had no cash had to wait in line for 10 min and got nothingAnd today out of ingredients that really make the drink I got not a grate store

Why they want to screw over there customers by taking online orders when the lobby is closed. This was a huge mistake ordering here this morning.They need a better management here .no customer service at all .

Really wish I could give 0 stars for service. I've been to a lot of Starbucks, have had good service to amazing service. This location takes the cake at worst service ever! Went into this location today with my mother and my daughter, we got 3 coffees and 3 speciality cups. My mom got her coffee in the speciality cup, my daughter and I told the lady we didn't want our coffees in the speciality cups. The manager or whoever she was turns and yells at the lady who took our order, over us not getting our coffees in the speciality cups because apparently you get 10 cents off ?. I didn't realize starbucks was doing so bad that they yell at their employees for not forcing customers to get their drinks in speciality cups. The lady who took our order then tells the manager we didn't tell her till the last minute which was false we had told her when we got the cups we didn't want our coffees in them. Luckily my daughter and I are only visiting so we'll be going back to our hometown starbucks where they treat customers and employees better

I ordered a grande iced shaken espresso and only got about half a drink, maybe slightly more. Went through the drive thru again, got another drink that was only 3/4 full. Seemed like it was more milk than anything else. There was no apology or anything. Usually everyone is nice and the service is great and that was not the case today. If I’m paying almost $6 for a drink then I expect a full one. Disappointed.

This location is terrible service. When I brought my coffee back 2 minutes after receiving it because it tasted horrible, I asked for a for them to remake it. They refused and said I had to come back the next day to speak to a Manger. Starbucks going down hill quick.

Drive thru at 1:00 and they have absolutely no lunch products! and are out of something to make my favorite coffee drink...seriously out of ALL lunch products.

Some great Starbucks employees who are great at customer service, such as Miguel at 56th and highway 2 who was communicative and receptive to everyone I saw him working with. Also have to add in general, that Starbucks employees don't sit around doing nothing, that place is busy. Good luck on your unionization, I hope you get your voices heard ?
