I honestly am not sure why there are so many poor reviews. Every time I go here the service is fast for how many people are in line wanting to order. I don’t have to wait no longer than 5 minutes for a drink. The workers are friendly and trained well. I appreciate how hard they work during a rush. My drinks always turn out the way I ordered them and taste good.

I waited close to a half hour for one drink. There were only two people in line ahead of me. Be prepared to wait forever if you come to this Starbucks. This happens every time.

Came looking for a coffee and a snack while working on some notes. Gotta say their lemon cake was a total win. It’s got this nice zing, not too sweet, just moist and tasty. Honestly, I’d go back just for that.
The coffee was not so great. Asked for a plain black coffee, no sugar, no vanilla, nothing. What I got was weirdly sweet, like they dumped syrup in it by mistake. I’m pretty sure they mixed up my order, but when I mentioned it, the barista just shrugged it off as if I didn’t know what my order should taste like. Didn’t feel like they were being straight with me, which was kind of annoying. Friendly enough staff. But they could use a bit more training on getting orders right and being upfront about slip-ups. I’ll probably swing by again for that cake, but I am avoiding coffee from Starbucks.

One of the workers was very rude to a disabled girl trying to order her drink. 1 out of 10 will not have my business ever again.
Not bad at all. Convenient if around UNL and close to the fountain. Can get pretty busy.

I went here yesterday and one of the workers appeared to be licking his HANDS like a CAT. It was absolutely horrifying that someone is allowed to work in a food establishment and act this way.

The math ain’t mathin’ right. I only go here when Dunkin is closed and the difference is kinda funny but frustrating. On a slow Sunday they have 6 people working, there is no line and barely anyone in the union. And yet it took these 6 people 20 minutes to make a latte. Plus they gave me matcha instead of a pistachio latte, how do you mess up that badly? At Dunkin, there is only one person working, maybe two on a busy day, and I’ve never waited for a drink for more than 5-10 minutes. Make it make sense
