I honestly am not sure why there are so many poor reviews. Every time I go here the service is fast for how many people are in line wanting to order. I don’t have to wait no longer than 5 minutes for a drink. The workers are friendly and trained well. I appreciate how hard they work during a rush. My drinks always turn out the way I ordered them and taste good.
Came looking for a coffee and a snack while working on some notes. Gotta say their lemon cake was a total win. It’s got this nice zing, not too sweet, just moist and tasty. Honestly, I’d go back just for that.
The coffee was not so great. Asked for a plain black coffee, no sugar, no vanilla, nothing. What I got was weirdly sweet, like they dumped syrup in it by mistake. I’m pretty sure they mixed up my order, but when I mentioned it, the barista just shrugged...

I was so glad to find a full service Starbucks in the hospital at North Platte. The service was quick and the recommendation was perfect. It's in the lobby close to the surgery waiting room.
