I was so glad to find a full service Starbucks in the hospital at North Platte. The service was quick and the recommendation was perfect. It's in the lobby close to the surgery waiting room.
After getting my drink, I proceeded to immediately drop it all over the floor. A full drink. The employees helped me clean up the mess and the manager (?) replaced the drink for me, even though dropping it was my mistake, not theirs. It made my day!
The Starbucks is just off the highway. I make it a point to stop here as the people are friendly, the staff comprehends the request of bleary eyed travellers and my drink is made the way I like it.
