Stauffer’s Cafe & Pie Shoppe

Outstanding experience. My party's reservation was lost on an incredibly busy day. We did have a wait, then they moved us into their party room which I didn't even know they had. The manager personally came out to talk with us and went above and beyond to make it right. Having worked in food service, I have an idea of the pressures a busy lunch rush puts the staff under. Yet, everyone communicated clearly, was helpful and kind, and they took care of us despite the many demands on their energy and time. Truly excellent service from a local business and several fine human beings. Thank you all!!

Stopped in for lunch Saturday, trying a new place to us. Ordered meatloaf meal and hot roast beef sandwich 1/2 order. Both were good, roast beef tender and piled on bread slice. Meatloaf healthy helping, both came with mashed potatoes and those were the only downfall for us. We prefer real ones and not instant, same with gravy. We also ordered pie slices to go and those were wonderful!!!! Also had a few sugar free pie choices!!!
